Like you don't know the country we're in, igbos going after the Fulani will cause a lot of people lives in the east, they claim they are Nigerians and they have the right to live anywhere, remember they own the army and dss like the the man of God said. It's better we fight the government for our freedom and no Fulani will ever be found in Biafra land.

Government? The tricycle and okada being burnt does it belong to the government?

The innocent ibos being killed are they the government?

The business feeding families being closed down for particular days,na gofment get am?

The innocent smart kids being forced to stay away from school are they the government?

Nwanne, if ESN want to deal with herdsmen, they should do it and don't make noise about it. No video no audio, the fear will go round and they will disappear from the south east. Fear don't make noise and everyone fears the unknown.

Stupidity of the highest order,i dont expect you to believe the story, after all you Fulanis are still in denial that those attacking and ravaging the indigenous middlebelt tribes are not your people, those kidnapping and maiming Nigerias on the high ways are not Fulanis but bandits from Mars, any way we are so use to your deception, keep supporting your terrorist brothers, you wont always be in power.

Most of these bandits operate in fully military kits and may be difficult to differentiate them from genuine security men. Whether we like it or not, the military and police are the last line of defence and anything to dampen the morale or create ethic division amongst these outfits should be avoided.

Igbos are on the verge of extinction. These are the people we sent and Funded ESN to fight against but unfortunately, they left the duty, colluded with the enermy to oppress Igbos further.

It's quite unfortunate that Bandits has invaded Igbo land while we are still sitting at home waiting for Biafra according to Ekpa.

That's the difference between Ndị Igbo and others. We value human lives while others pretend everything Is normal. Now, tell me who is sick between us and your people?
Coming from a northern blood? Igbos have northern blood?

Stay there and tribalze issues while those fulanis take over the whole country.
Are you aware that 19 people were killed on Lagos ibadan express way last Monday? It did not even appear in the news. A staff that was meant to resume work got call from amotekun that they saw his number on a phone. He should come over. Apparently his wife went for a program out of Lagos. On getting there, his wife was already in the morgue along side 17 others. All the women including his wife had their legs broken allegedly in the process of them being raped. Some were strangled and most shot! He had to pay 2k to retrieve the corpse.

If this happens, the news will be everywhere. This your Abakaliki News story no follow.

If only ESN were smart enough to stop the stay at home declaration and focus on chasing Fulani, everything would have been okay and their sympathizers would have been massive all across.

ESN was created for the purpose of checking the marauding Fulani herdsmen in the bush. Once they were created and their objective was stated, the Federal government proscribed them and sent DSS in droves (to the East) to hunt them down.

So the question is: how can ESN focus on chasing the Fulani while the DSS is chasing ESN?

From the actions of the Federal Government and DSS, you can clearly tell who are behind the insecurity in the East. For years, the Fulani herdsmen have been heading through the middle belt, heading down south and leaving nothing but death and destruction in their wake. Through all the killings in Plateau state, Benue state etc., what has been the reaction of the Federal government? They have watched and done nothing. They want people to be sitting ducks and not protect themselves. They have characterized the deadly interactions as clashes, instead of properly classifying it as a crime with a victim and perpetrator. How can it be a clash when people do not have a chance to defend themselves?

Well, ESN VOWED TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE AND BECAUSE OF THAT, THE FG PROSCRIBED THEM & CAME DOWN HEAVILY ON THEM.

This is all part of the Buhari/Fulani agenda. Nigerians have to wake up and smell the coffee. Don’t wait till it’s at your doorstep, before saying: Had I known.

The cleric said he reached out to leaders of the church and his wife to raise the money by all means.

The prelate said he observed that military men were around the place where the hoodlums operated, while their cows were also around the vicinity.

“They pointed their guns at us. They threatened that if we involved the DSS, police or Army, they would kill us.

They said down there, there is a gully of seven decomposing bodies and we cut off their heads. We also perceived the odour of killed human beings.

“Their leader asked for five Ghana-Must-Go bags for the N100m. He also said Lagos is on their radar.

It's the duty of government to protect life and property, yes but it's obligation of citizens to give information and Intel to government.

You can't hide criminal amongst you and tell government to be competent.

These guys are on here to mock you, in order to demoralise you. As their foot soldiers commit these crimes, their online soldiers will kill your spirit by making you feel hopeless and helpless, and the more you feel that way, the more power they get. They put fear into you with their savage acts. Until you face that fear, you will be colonised. It is an act of war.

Create cattle ranches for herdsmen, compel them to use it and they pay. Then ban open grazing and flood the bush with local hunters. Any cow seen in the bush should be treated as bushmeat.
Sincere herdsmen will comply, the criminal ones won't. That is how to separate them.

Are you sure about the closing down of that cattle market...they should start first by shutting down the checkpoint.. those guys should find somewhere else to camp... then empower the local vigilantes with enough ammunition and good pay...then sit back and watch.. once they kill one or few of them...they will relocate to another area... the incidents are always near the spiritan university that nobody knows what they do in that school...was thinking the school would help the area to be lively
You are right bro.

The points you raised are exactly what many people are suggesting. The vigilantee has been set up but funding is the major issue for now. It take a lot to buy patrol vans, good guns, salaries etc. But we are working on it.

They should speak out more and attack the criminals denting their image.
They've always been speaking out. Early this year, IPOB released the names of some of the people behind the carnage in the East but nothing happened. IPOB have always been saying they're not behind the killings but the government and Nairalanders have always been quick to claim everything happening in the East is caused by IPOB

Sad, the fulani herdsmen can operate freely in the heart of the south east. This can only be possible with some collusion. All though we are grateful to God for the release of the prelate, the ransom payment part of the story sends a shock wave of how lucrative the kidnapping business is, and this may put more people in danger.
State government should as a matter of urgency clear the bushes of all kind of roaming, if they are truely serious. Get helicopters to comb the bushes once once

A whole Prelate travelling on the road without security? Hmm all these big names they give themselves : His Eminence, Venerable, Most Venerable. And yet the church has to raise 130 million naira in 3 days to pay his ransom, yes the kidnappers took 100 million ( they gave his eminence a discount of 30 million, obviously the kidnappers are doing promo!) .

Lesson to my fellow Christians, see what your tithes and offerings are now used for .

Lesson learned: No more paying tithes and offerings in church again, if the god am supposed to be worshipping cannot protect his eminence na ordinary worshipper like me e go protect? Christians cannot use tithes to fund terror and kidnappers. Tufia!!!!!!.

That's an old tale you should know. They know people have lost trust in them already. Their fake stories don't add up anymore. Sadly, it doesn't seem we still have police or army anymore. May God do justice in Nigeria quickly and fish out those behind this mess. You see, the idiots said to the cleric that Lagosnis is on their radar. I was so happy the govt took the advice of the Odu'a Nation Agotator, that okada should be banned in Yorubaland, starting from Lagos because of the intelligence report he got. That's way to go.
