egunna: Is Kaduna the Federal Republic of Nigeria? Besides Elrufai rigged the Elections. Do you think Atiku is a pushover that the drug baron can easily defeat. Hahahha APC is not Nigeria likewise Nigeria is not SW. In 6 days time we will know whether your paymaster is still a master strategist. Hehehe Atiku not into Islam and Tinubu is a sheik who dont have a single Muslim in his family from wife to kids. enjoy your time on NL. You guys are the Majority here. You will see what will happen. Continue Burning Okadas in Lagos. You are talking to Muslim Northerner born and raised in the North. Atiku is more Muslim than Tinubu secondly, no sane thinking Northerner will choose a VP position while a Homebased Muslim Hausa/Fulani is on the Ballot. Thirdly everyone have haters in his zone including Tinubu. Shy una don talk say Christians are inconsequential, its just 6 days remaining. We go see hawfa. 1 Like |

Bobloco:Truth be told religion is just something to keep the masses busy.....when it comes down to it religion takes a back seat in politics......if Buhari had picked Tinubu as his running mate in 2015 they would have won because the SW will still have voted en masse.....the SW have a lot of Muslims among them are quite religiously tolerant. If Tinubu fields a Muslim VP he will win the SW votes not to talk of the North who will stand behind him...... At this point a Muslim/ Muslim ticket is his best chance. 2 Likes |

FØOLS! NIGERIA IS THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD AFTER THE LAST MUSLIM-CHRISTIAN TICKET. Y'ALL DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT IDĮOTS WILL BE IDĮOTS IRRESPECTIVE OF RELIGION. GIVE THE TICKETS TO TWO CHRISTIANS LIKE ROCHAS AND OBIANO AND WATCH THEM RUIN THE COUNTRY MORE THAN YAR'ADUA WOULD HAVE DONE IF HE LIVED LONG ENOUGH. 4 Likes |

leokid866: Thanks. CAN just gave a suggestion on the best combination to win an election. It is an advice. An advice is merely a suggestion. 98% of people making comments on Muslim - Muslim ticket are PDP members and 95% of them are IBOs. They are fighting psychological warfare. That is a sign of timidity, cowardness and failure. It is a sign of frustration. Our Political fathers Ahmadu Bello, Azikiwe and Awolowo never worked on Religious sentiment because they know the cultural and religious orientations of North and South before and after amalgamation. What CAN said is that any candidate that field a Muslim - Muslim ticket would be rejected by Christians. Is that not good for PDP? They should leave Tinubu alone now to make victory easy for Atiku . Why are they do much concerned about Tinubu? Jokers. 2 Likes |

babaolofin:Kai it will be very terrible and dangerous. Continuation of nepotism far worse. The federal character will be completely shredded this time around. It will be an all Muslims government. They will not give job, opportunities, appointment, contract if they find out one is a Christian. U know they don't hide their hatred or disdain. They are just pretending when they say "religion and region should not be considered when electing our leaders" It will be very bad. That is what happened to Turkiye! 1 Like |

Bobloco: Let it shock everybody. Tinubu is from South West. In South West, our Political fathers did not practice a politics of religious sentiment. Our training is based on that as can be seen below. 1. Awolowo is a Christian, Akintola is a Christian. 2. In the second republic, Lateef Jakande is a Muslim, Rafiu Jafojo is a Muslim. At Oyo, Bola Ige is Christian, Sunday Afolabi is a Christian. At Ondo, Baba Ajasin - Christian, Omoboriowo - Christian. I can name States in the middle belt and north with Christian - Christian and those with Muslim - Muslim tickets. BACKGROUND. The North (Arewa) before amalgamation and before Independence was predominantly a Muslim nation just like Niger, Chad, etc. That is why they use Sharia Penal Codes. Abiola - Kingibe worked in 1993 just as Jakande - Jafojo worked in Lagos 1979 - 1983. During the first and second republic, Awolowo, never considered religion . Voters in South West never considered religion. Shagari is from the North and he picked Ekwueme from the East. The choice was not because of religion. The Senate President, Speaker were Christians, they were not chosen based on religion. You cannot create a situation whereby only Christian from the South can occupy the President or the Vice President office. The Muslim in South can never accept that. If Muslim - Muslim ticket is not feasible, then it means, only Christian from the South can occupy the President or the Vice President office. This is not possible and not in the constitution. It is left to the voters to determine their President. As at 1983, in NPN, if Abiola had been allowed to contest, there was every probability he would have chosen a Muslim from the core North. Making it mandatory that only Christian from the South can be a President or Vice President is not constitutional. That is what introduction of Religion as criterion for President or Vice President would create and that is why it can never be in Constitution. Enough of emotions and wishful thinking, election will show you the reality. They should leave Tinubu alone. Anybody from the North can be chosen irrespective of religion. They said only Yoruba would vote for him, they should forget analysis and wait till 2023. Jokers. If it would make Atiku to win easily, why should that be their headache? If all Christians in Africa would vote for Atiku, is that not good? Jokers. They want Amaechi or Osinbajo so that they can have a walkover 2023 general election. Now that failed, they are talking about Muslim - Muslim ticket. I am a Christian, my best friends are Muslim. 3 Likes |

VeeVeeMyLuv: What you wrote is too childish. What is Federal Character? You also talk about contracts award. So, under Tinubu in Lagos majority of contractors are Muslim? Or was it because of Jonathan Christians were given contracts under Yaradua? There are many fundamental issues. Sharia, Islamization and Fulani invasion of native lands are issues that are beyond President and Vice President alone. Nigeria has fundamental issues from beginning. Umaru Dikko and Uba Ahmed were more powerful than Ekwueme as VP. Atiku as VP was not the same as Jonathan or Osinbajo as VP. Wisdom is required. CAN and Christians should understand when Bible says Wisdom is the principal thing. 1 Like |

Why is CAN crying foul and disturbing themselves about Tinubu! you unleashed Osinbajo to contest against him and fail, please dear Tinubu do the El-Rufai thing for them to brighten you chance of landslide victory in the poll come 2023. Muslim/Muslim is long overdue after 1993 for creation of mutual respect as Democracy is a game of number, Nigeria Christians plans against Muslim in any slight opportunity. No cry about Christian ticket in Ondo, Ekiti and even it happened in Osun during Oyinlola/Erelu Obada but they always cry about Muslim/Muslim ticket. If Tinubu pick northern Muslim He will win with or without CAN. May Allah swt spares our life's till then and beyond. 2 Likes |
