Different Situations with different perspectives

1) Nobody is permitted to kidnap a child
2) if he is the biological father and paternity is not in doubt and is of sane mind then he has rights and access to his kids irrespective of been a baby daddy
3) having children out of wedlock is not a crime especially when it's 2 adults and there is consent.
4) Adults are to own up for their action after all both parties enjoyed the show �
5) Both Parents have a responsibility to cater for the child

However sometimes bitterness from a baby mama can make things complicated. There are good father's that want to be in the life of their child but are denied.
