Honestly, these guys are taking their stupidity to next level.

I am a member of a Ghanaian football forum, and half of their topics are on Nigeria when nobody cares about Ghana here. Every thread there drifts to Nigeria.

These guys are just irritating. I see the whole obsession about Nigeria a reflection of their inferiority complex.

But the good thing is Nigerians dont care about them. We see ourselves as above them and just a younger brother, not competitors as they think they are in their dreams.

Who cares about those banku-eating shoe makers. Apologies to the few good ones among them.

I have always detested sectionalism of any form(racial, tribal, intercountry, etc) but I think these Ghanaians are making one lose his cool.

I am a member of Ghanaweb and I fully support bombarding that forum, giving them a dose of their medicine!!

You are right. Nigeria is blessed with 419ers, drug dealers, boko haramites, kidnappers, and many other disingenuous citizens who continue to make the top 10 most wanted lists in Europe, America and Asia.

Take it or leave it,Nigeria is years ahead of Ghana. Besides,Nigerians are even the ones developing their one-way country !

Got this off the song download site:

Ghana’s naughtiest sons, the F.O.K.N Bois, BRINNNNGGG IT with their new single “Thank God We’re Not A Nigerians” off the soon-to-be-released FOKN Wit Ewe. Recorded in advance of the Ghana vs. Nigeria  “International Friendly” (the official match name, not ours) footie match (aka soccer, obvs) on August 9 – which takes place somewhere in England we’ve never heard of – they’re throwing down the (totally offensive) gauntlet (if you’re a Nigerians, that is). But apparently it’s even worse to be a Liberians (to Nigerians: “thank god you’re not a Liberians”).

Nigerians: what say you? Are you just gonna’ take that?!

Whatever happens we must beat Ghana in that friendly on August 9.

SiaOne had better know August 9 is more than a friendly match. It is WAR and he & his players had better approach it with all seriousness.

Na my own be that. . . .

Go to football section of Ghanaweb and open 10 threads at random, at least 7 of them, if not having Nigeria or Nigerian as subject, will drift to Nigeria/Nigerians before 2nd page.

And go to NL's football section, who cares about Ghana, when even diiscussing Nigerian football is disinteresting to Nairalanders, not to talk of Ghana.

It is on Ghanaweb I get latest info on Nigerian football/footballers, because they follow our football/plaers out of jealousy.

It was there I first read SE as Super Chickens, Mikel Obi as Obenchi(bench warmer), Yakubu as Fatkubu, 419jeria, etc

It was on that forum that I first read about about a Ghana-Nigeria match in 1950s that ended 5 something in theiir favour. So obsessed with Nigeria are they that they quote Nigeria's matches 50 years ago to prove apoint.

In fact, in 2008 olympics football finals btw Nigeria and Argentina, I read in that forum where one person said if Nigeria defeated Argentina he will commit suicide or so.

Talk of inferiority complex!

hahaha. Don't let the Population size deceive you.

If Ghana had equal population with Nigeria, diverse and all, you wouldn't even compare. Lets be frank here. We are using pop and diversity to our advantage, give Ghana 20 years. They'd have evolved into something Nigeria can only dream of achieving.

They are far better than us.!

Population has never been a factor when development is concerned. Many Europan nations are 100 times more developed than Nigeria yet their individual population is not more than Nigeria. Japan is more developed than China yet China is like 20 times the population of Japan.

Nigeria was only being friendly and nice towards these small countries in a relationship that does not benefit her diplomatically.Anyways,it doesn't take away the Nigeria pride in as much as we don't call on them for help.

Hahahahaha,

I am happy to be Ghanaian today. Everything Ghana is gold in nigeria today.

See how these people are all worked up because some ghana musicians parodied them. Throwing stupid useless threats about. It's time most of ya'll wake up and smell the coffee.

"we don't care about small ghana" and yet, every little topic with ghana in the title makes the homepage here. why do you think that is? because the admin knows a topic with ghana in it gets the most views on nairaland these days? go through the homepage now and see if there is a more active thread than this one. "we don't have time for ghanaians" yet they find time to dig through the internet to find so-called proof for their disjointed arguements. "we don't have time for ghanaians. they are insignificant to us" Yet you spend hours and hours patrolling ghana chatsites.
you are very well informed for something you claim not to have any time in the world for.

Nigerians are so bitter now every time Ghana is mentioned. I'm curious, when did this happen? It's like they feel threatened. Ghana threatens to wake them up from their delusions of grandeur. and they don't like it. they'd rather keep dreaming.

hahahahahaha.

tell yourselves whatever you want to help you sleep better at night. If i'm walking down the street and someone shouts "short man", i won't even blink. Because i know there is no part of the world where i'm considered short. If the cap fits, it gets your attention.

Some is busy posting so-called "facts" about Ghana. Rick Ross or watever, me run away? do you know what the difference is between "opinion pieces" and "facts" it's a pain trying to argue with people whose IQ is so far below one's. But the smarter nigerians are not interested in this shhyte. so i'm left to deal with the likes of you. you can't defeat one ghanaman on a nigeria website and you want to take the fight to a ghana site? hilarious!

every so called 'bad' about Ghana you post, i can find you 4 more examples in Nigerian society. Go on, start now.

Ghana is educating the next generation of Nigerian leaders. Mostly for free.come begging for access to our educational institutions every year. Because we are nice we let them in. We give them an escape from a deplorable education system. And yet, this is the thanks we get.

But for Ghana, most Nigerian banks today would be bankrupt. Ghana does a lot to keep the nigerian economy afloat. Nigerians businesses are desperate to enter the ghanaian market. There is a nigerian telecom company called "Glo". Their licence to operate in ghana was pulled by the ghana government and their ghana operations was dying even before it got off. They cried a river. sceamed discrimination bla bla bla. The government of Ghana had mercy on them and let them back and now, they are dying anyway.

Even nigeria's independence was financed by Nkrumah's Ghana. and this is the thanks we get.

A rich Nigerian has not arrived until they have property in Ghana. That is the barometer your politicians judge success by these days. We allow this. And yet, this is the thanks we get. We let them live freely and they accuse us of unfriendliness.

this is a lot like the ara against the americans. americans let arabs into their country and these arabs come and live in comfort in america but still talk shyt about their hosts.

oh well, the world is not far. what can one do.

Theres no other group that has an inferiority complex bigger than that of a Ghanian. . . . well, maybe the Ibo, but thats another story.

I remember in college these two Ghaninas would always come tell me crap about other Nigerian students until I let them know that my sisters were Nigerian, then they started talking crap about me and I became the "wannabe African". I never understand Ghanians when they speak, and just like this "song" (if we can call it that) they mangle the english language and their pronunciations are horrible. Ask a Ghanian to pronounce "Burger" or "Just" and watch him bite his tongue off. I really cant stand them and their inferiority complex towards their own African brothers.

Thank God I'm not A NigerianS. . . . Jesus, this is the best those ashy, burnt as coal, butt scratchers could do?

Im with the Nigerians on this one. Ask any chic who she'll rather fuxck with: A Nigerian or A Ghanian? Her answer will tell u the cause of their anger. Inferiority complex is worse than H.I.V. I'd rather be Magic Johnson than a guy that pronounces "Pencil" as "Pansel". Just saying. Nigerians should just laugh this off and let Ghanians keep wallowing in their ignorance.

Ghanians tend to be more unassuming, acceptedtly timid, but more focus, strategic, small minded and straight up.Nigerians are mostly loud, assuming, boisterous and full of hot air.

I think we have to redefine what smartness means, then we don't have to worry about what ghanians think about us.

Dumb-ass Ghanaian musicians yapping rubbish and revealing their deep-rooted complex and another dumb-ass in form shesi spewing garbage.
What is so special about Ghana?.I have lived and worked in Ghana in the past, believe me their inferiority complex towards Nigerians is alarming.Nigerian businesses sustains Ghana's economy,if Nigerians pulls out of Ghana today,in a year their SMEs are going to lie comatose because they are inherently lazy, unambitious and content with whatever life throws at them and what else drives an economy and provides more jobs than SMEs?.I am a telecom specialist with an equipment vendor and have worked on projects in Ghana, apart from vodafone Ghana(run mainly by indians) and maybe some crap telcos,MTN and Airtel in Ghana are run by Nigerians, the few Ghanaians that manned the lowest rung of the technical section were dull, lackadaisical and never ready to learn.Out of jealousy,Ghanaian attacked Globacom operations and installations.Same Globacom that sponsors their National team supporters club, ingrates.

FYI Mr shesi,Nigerians go to Ghana to buy properties because they have the cash to spend,Nigerians go to Ghana to invest because they are economically empowered to do so,ever heard of economic colonization?,that is what is going on in Ghana via Nigerians and you guys are not happy. We bring into your country needed FDIs and give you loans, you guys should be grateful. Are you then saying that,Americans,Asians and Europeans that go to Ghana to invest are running from their bad economies?,it is called international business or trade, dullard. Our banks are in Ghana and in so many other African and European countries and in the US because they are big, strong and reliable, and not those your cash points/dispensers your call banks. Can your Cedis even compare with the Naira?.Like there are no Ghanaians in Nigerian universities.

Whenever it is election time in Ghana,Leading Ghana candidates or incumbents run to Nigeria for Blessing and anointing from our president and that is the same OBJ your dumb ass musician is running down. When john Atta Mills won his election, the very next day he was on a flight to Nigeria to pay homage.Nkrumah sponsored which independence?,you make me laugh.

Imagine they even accuse Nigerians of spoiling their girls with money and as such they aint getting laid anymore, naija guys are hot cakes in Ghana and the Ghana boys are not smiling.

Mr Sheshit,do me a favour and shut the 4uk up and acknowledge the facts you already know, that, Ghanaians can never be better that Nigerians in any way,i mean anyway.

what are Ghanians? Shoe shinners, Cab drivers, watchmen? ? The only time you came across Ghaninas is either through the hawking of some silly-smelly, concoctions by those rag-tags, horrible looking lunatics yelling from street to street or their muscular-horrible, hairy ugly shapeless women prosti*tuting from block to block.

The last two Ghanian securties we had shares everything with our 'DOGS' because they are crass worthless to be call monkies. Such a horrible pathetic looking pricks!

Always irritating with their worthless accent" sir, this is a very BIG money o, for Ghana". Their women? !? oh please dont even start! In my area, it is term as a BAD luck seeing a Ghanians early in the morning, my securites dares NOT come to me prior to seeing my DOGs. Thank God am NOT a swine!!!!!!

and some folks will defend Ghanaians and say they don't feel inferior to Nigerians. the fact that they had to go as far as making a song about us really speaks volumes. its as if they dont have problems in their own country? or they dont work hand in hand with some Nigerians in Europe and Asia pushing drugs? LOL! Inferiority complex at its peak. not only inferior to Nigerians, but westerners as well. LOL. now eating Pizza is a luxury. SMH.

they should even make this their national anthem. LOOOOL
