Honestly to be a cop is not easy abroad, dealing with knucklehead citizens who can do and undo, it's no wonder many cops are shoot first apologize later mode. Blacks feel that way because of other incidents that have happened and shouldn't have ended the way it did with blacks. This case might not be a clear example bt there have been many other cases.

As for this case the young man had no reason to run from the police if he had nothing to hide so I'm yet to understand why he ran bt I do understand why he was chased. The car plates were flaged for an arms possession case.
