The Governor who was being hailed by the crowd stood up through the open roof of his SUV and sprayed naira at a happy crowd. This act is actually against the Nigerian law

Section 21 (3,4,5) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Act 2007 clearly prohibits any form of abuse of the Nigerian currency.

The Act prescribes “imprisonment for a term not less than six months or to a fine not less than N50,000 or to both such fine and imprisonment for anyone guilty of spraying of, dancing or matching on the Naira or any note issued by the Bank during social occasions.

The strength of political leaders or any leader at all is the ability to capture the mind of the masses or followers either by good leadership or force.

Until the minds of the masses are revamped with a glaring mirror standing before them to see how far they have gone deep in poverty, shame, and penury and how their leaders are the masterminds behind their predicaments, they will continue to sing praises to the tyrannical hands that rule them and drop crumbs on their tables.

Solution first comes from a standpoint of knowledge, that is, knowing the origin of your problem and devising the necessary materials to solve it. The problem with the masses is a mind broadcasted with little to no knowledge, truth, and holy anger. If not, corrupt leaders would have adjusted or not being bold enough to display their illicit wealth in public.
