This op is an educated illiterate . Your girl is from Benue but you are here discussing about the igbos. Where is your senses??

I’m not sure you are seeking for an advice or clarification. I really doubt you even have a Benue girl. Nonetheless, Benue is a different tribe from the igbo tribe. The two tribes don’t have any connections and if you must know, if you eventually marry her and she dies, you must return her corpse to her people. Their culture forbids burrying their daughters outside their fathers’ land. Ask your so called girlfriend or look for another Benue person and ask once your girlfriend starts beating around the bush.

Lastly, any day you are opportuned to date an Igbo girl talk more of marrying her, make sure you do that without looking back so as to enjoy your marriage. I be Igbo guy and God knows I’m definitely marrying an Igbo girl when the time comes.
