What is he staying?
Stay is granted to protect the res of the matter. Primaries has come and gone. Election has come and gone, nothing is stopping him from going on with his main appeal.
I don't think a Stay should be granted.

We have been through this inec guidelines and law and the apex court has stated that violation of that law can never be a ground for removal.moreover,no guideline was violated.
Again,agim stated that violation of 183 will lead to the removal of a governor alone and not from the other office.furthermore,he stated the disputed office held by buni is an internal party matter which is non-justiciable

We are saying the same thing. The judgement will be upturned but they are playing safe. That's all.

Oyetola stay out of order will be nullified and not approve. You don’t know law at all. You are only an APC strategist. Go and learn law jare.

Implication of the Federal High Court ruling on Oyetola Candidacy

There is no appeal until Tuesday because Monday has been declared by Aregbesola as Public holiday, Oyetola can only file appeal on Tuesday, why the Osun State Election petition tribunal will be sitting on Tuesday of which the PDP lawyers will bring it to the notice of the Election petition tribunal that the APC candidate who bought the case has no course of action since he was not even qualify ab intio for the election held and the court is likely to dismiss the Election petition for lack of locus standi.

No,you said the case will be stalled,that is pdp might go to tribunal and asked that this case should be thrown away based on preliminary objection.
