US intelligence doesn't necessarily depend on local security agencies for info. They have their own networks.

See hyping, USA get info of an impending attacked from corrupt and lazy DSS. Oga stop whining yourself. They may have probably informed our DSS of the impending attack and these guys fail to do anything about it, because of their corrupt and lazy attitude.

Their job is to keep Nigeria one and they have no response mechanism for real issues. That's why anytime a bad thing happens, they end up claiming they shared Intel about the impending danger but never foiling it. Example is Abuja-Kaduna train attack and abduction.

Because they do not have any control over our military and police, and they know our security service are so corrupt. that was why they came during Jonathan's tenure to help fight bokoharan and they have to pull out and left after finding out our army were very lazy and corrupt and the issue of insecurity in Nigeria has been politicized and the government knows the people involve and they are being sponsored by the government.
