A good way to go about it is to create your online dating rules. e.g.

1. Once you get the person's attention, get them on phone as fast as possible.
2. Arrange a get together in any public place, and if the person is not what you want,  Move tha [b]f[/b]uck on.

Do these until you get what you're looking for.
