.Am not an Atiku fan. But how do you then explain Ekweremadu's arrest in UK especially when talking about diplomatic immunity . Forget all this matter. If they had wanted to arrest him the guy for don cast never the less. After all it's not an official function they are doing there. Lastly during Obj tenure a senator was equally arrested in Saudi, despite the diplomatic card. it took serious intervention plus threats to get him out.

Also if they truly wanted him arrested just like Abba Kyari an extradition request would have being made. The pressure would have being in place to get him to USA. They don't have to wait until he visits.
