Anyone coming to "check the excesses" of touts in Lagos State in on a non-starter. Unless you're planning on getting rid of them in entirety, please have a seat. We already have their godfather installed as a presidential candidate because Lagosians slept and refused to take action when it was still viable, so any "checking" now is unviable.
