People love to hear big dreams bandied about, thats why it was mentioned. But Nigeria does not yet have the foundations for such a project; we've got to start small, before expanding into such. At this time, it would need tonnes of expatriates to succeed, and when it does, too few would be able to afford its services,
Put mildly, it was a bad project to canvass at this point in time when jobs are desperately needed. A pie in the sky.

The time to be carried away is when MOU's and actual construction contracts get signed.
Ideas are present everywhere and in all parties. What is needed is the will to actually take off. We had that happening in my state recently, with an estimated $16billion worth of investments to build the biggest industrial area in Africa; its actually kicking off and ticking all boxes and its all PDP.
Similar is happening in Bayelsa, and its all PDP. It will happen in Lagos, even if to a lesser scale; and its all PDP. Not pie in the sky, but happening before our eyes.
