Sometimes self discipline is all what a man needs. If you're self disciplined, you can actually caution yourself to not masturbate when the urge arises. If you're up for it. Join a Bible believing church, assemblies of God, apostolic church etc, get water/holy spirit baptized etc, be earnest/fervent/godly in your christian life, maximum a month you'd experience the holy spirit. It's freely given by God to help his works.

OR you can go the other way. Have friends etc give you evil/saint books to chant. Religiously follow the instructions and come tell us what you see. Don't mess with stuff you don't know. The world is in both physical and spiritual realms
