Fashola started that project. Below is proof.

Ambode failed to complete most of those project and was dragging too much. Normally the blue rail should have been completed during Ambode era but he bleeped up by not completing his predecessor project, a deviation from what Lagos is known for.

rice processing. The problem is that
bad policies of the Buhari administration
coupled with the unsolvable security
wahala, farmers aren't, or don't have
the capacity to produce enough rice for
the rice mills.

This is why prices of food produce
keep rising without check.

Eventually, many of the
mills will close down due to low availability
of paddyrice
