Why not tell INEC Lagos to give people their PVCs for Christ's sakes, and watch whether those phantom friends of yours won't take you and your dubious principal to the cleaners.
Tonnes of new voters are currently being frustrated by INEC officials in the LGs and LCDAs around Lagos. Current affairs programmes on radio this week are replete with many complaints about the antics of these officials, who appear to be working for shady politicians.

Nigerians cannot be disenfranchised because of one man who's scared of losing fair and square. We won't allow it!
