Man this Abati fellow is really earning his bread ooh, But why is any critiscm of the president an "attempt to distract him from his agenda that will transform Nigeria into the greatest country in the world within his 9 or more years in power" (yes, I'm being sarcastic!). Ofcourse the guy is corrupt, it's one of the pre- requisites for political office in Nigeria. Honest people don't make it too far in our country and that's the truth |

What does that mean? Has IBB or OBJ ever been on EFCC's list? This is the reason EFCC can never be taken seriously. |

Funny how GEJ happily takes credit for anything positive from the Yar'Adua administration yet tries to convince us that he was blissfully unaware when Alams was pilfering tens of billions of Naira. |

who in his/her right sense would reason that a D-gov who served under a regime indicted for International money wiring and wide scale public looting is a saint? I asked before and I would ask again; What did GEJ achieve as governor of the Golden-brass state? As for Abati, He is revealing his true character by the day! As always, history repeat itself. Every despotic government in his always shadow herself with a double edged sword spokeman like the Abatis! Abati sold his honour and integrity for a bowl of 'kunu' |

werepeLeri: Can some1 kindly ask Abati what achievements he was referring to here. its no secret that GEJ failed miserably as a governor in Bayelsa state |
Re: GEJ Was Never On EFFC's List Of Corrupt Governors - Reuben Abati by apoti(m): 10:21am On Sep 07, 2011 |
werepeLeri:. Demdem: This is the first truthful statement Abati would say since he was appointed SA. The achievements of Jonathan in Bayelsa speaks so loudly. We can all see how he reduced poverty in the state and improved the living standard. He also turned the state in to a mini-london. Bayelsa now has one of the most beautiful cities in Africa, with good roads, constant electricity and water supply. and on the average the residents now live above $10 a day. All thanks to this man with good luck and a fisherman hat smh for Nigeria. . . . . . . a country where the fools rule |

Demdem: This is an opportunity for whoever is in possession of the sterling achievements of Mr Jonathan as the Governor of Bayelsa state to tell us about them. |

It is a matter of public record, as the editors of the Trust well know, that no charge of corruption was ever made or sustained against the President while he served as Governor of Bayelsa State, while his many achievements as governor of the state speak for themselves. With those kinds of statements Abati will speedily join the ranks of Comical Ali |
