North is alone with Yari.

Am glad SE is with Tinubu choice. North too like power. Tinubu will cut them into size full stop
North didn’t support any Yari. Yari visited Buhari and he told Yari straight not to go against party choice! They stood with Akpabio!

Yari been making mistakes for a while now! He had issues with Matawale and refused to let it slide! So, he worked against Matawale! Ever since then, Apc been sidelining him! He said he was never consulted before Apc endorsed Akpabio, why should they?

Congratulations to the progressive family.

Senator Godswill Akpabio is our senate president.

Many people still don't know Asiwaju, i thought some children were saying Yari will pull Saraki stunt grin

We can only know him when Nigerians' lives get out of the mess the APC have put them. It's not enough to be big in brigandage.

He had to win it, because, let's be frank, if Yari had won it (and Yari compared to Akpabio is like comparing failure to success really)...it would have meant Muslil-Muslim-Muslim

Well, Akpabio has gotten his reward for decamping from PDP. Many people really abused him well well (and forgot all about the good job he did as governor), but he has had the last laugh

Am I expecting anything from this assembly? Nope.
He decamped to which party?

And we lie to ourselves that we're in a democracy. Always talking about the separation of powers amongst different arms of govt

Zico5:
The truth of the matter is that the president of Nigeria is too powerful. He gets whatever he wants. I know Akpabio will be the senate president so far he is supported by Tinubu. For those people still looking for their manhood. They are on the long run. I just pray they begin to mend fences as earlier as possible. North no dey joke when it comes to election. If you fail in the North, you have lost already.

Congrats to Godwill Akpabio.
Had nothing to do with any Tinubu's so called "genius", it was only logical and expected that Akpabio would emerge as SP given the circumstance of a Muslim/Muslim ruling ticket, no dey buga over nothing, even the Northern senators largely voted for Akpabio.
