To avoid the issue of data being deleted, INEC must use separate BVAS machines for future presidential and governorship elections.

You have party agents and volunteers who collected a copy of the results at each poling units. Why not get these copies , tally them and challenge the copies on INEC portal?

Back up is different from delete!!! INEC asked for the data to be backed up but now the Nwala is claiming INEC deleted those results, no back up on the server.

I think Lp and legal team dont understand the word witness.
Wiitness : a person who sees an event, typically a crime or accident, take place.
Lp witness,Amazon software engineer,mathematician, US lawyer e.t.c These people didnt even vote. how did they become a witness when they cant prove what happens before their eyes? Why are they not calling voters as witness to prove fraud committed?

My question here is; if Nwala wants to analyzed all the 3,263 BVAS devices, would INEC cooperate with him? If INEC will cooperate, will there be enough time for Nwala to analyze all BVAS devices?

It is a shame that INEC does not know the essence of sampling in statistical analysis. This is a mediocre umpire that needs to be overhauled completely from head to toe.

... So in sample a list of about 3000 machine 100 will give you an accurate res8i think you should go and study what it's mean by sampling and how it's use to confirm results accuracy
