This lady has done well, and I celebrate her dedication and hard work. Nigeria does not give grades in medschool, but this does not take away the fact that Nigerian-trained medstudents are hard working too....

Maybe because you have enough money to throw away. Medicine and other courses in Russia and Hungary( Eastern EU)rank amongst the best globally in standard. Check out the list yourself. Russian universities are well equipped and their fees are so moderate. Some are even cheaper than some of the Nigerian private unis. People from western EU you talked about always throng rhe country to study. They really invested their oil money in their education sector.

As an Igbo man, what have you achieved with your life except to come to this third-rate social media to shout about tribe? You should be ashamed of yourself.

It has been stated severally that the highest achievers of all races are:

1. Jews.
2. Aryans.
3. Igbos.
4. Chinese.

Incidentally, they're also the greatest innovators and technologically advanced. Couple of days ago, another Igbo boy was the best graduating student in his college in America. Several other Igbos emerged best in Chinese universities recently too. But some Nigerians keep hating on them instead of leveraging their outstanding skills and knowledge to build a great nation.

If she comes back to Nigeria, quota system will ensure that a doctor that graduated with 3rd class ( assuming there is 3rd class in grading of doctors), will get job in the topmost Federal Government hospital before this lady, it's how bad the system is. But u will never see her back in Nigeria because she already knows and was trained to know that there is no place for her in Nigeria because of her place of origin. So any of the developed western nations will grab her and keep her while your politicians will one day travel abroad for treatment and coincidentally find out she is the doctor that is to treat them, ready to pay stolen huge public funds to her hospital for her services. That is the sad reality of a system that does not allow people with good brains participate in anything

May be not. I have not seen it in Western education systems but you have with Distinction. Being given the medal of Best Graduating Student, we can assume it would be similar to 1.1 classification.
