Penguin2: Irev is inec result viewing portal and also the second choice result sheet copy.it is not for collation, collation is totally done manually.ward collation deals only with polling unit results, lga collation or super rac deals with ward results not polling unit results. It didn't serve the purpose real time due to glitches but eventually served the purpose as almost all results were uploaded there. |

garfield1:Key word, “almost”…. It’s near 6 months after the election and the result that is supposed to be transmitted in “Real Time” is not complete on the portal and you think there was nothing wrong with the election? |

Penguin2:I don't even know where you guys are getting your confidence from. Get this in peace. There will never, I repeat "never" be a rerun. You can take that to the bank |

garfield1: Hope you are following the case? I don't think you're. Otherwise, you would have understood better. The primary source indicated a local government where there are 53k register voters. The house of assembly accredited voters showed around 22k accredited while the governorship election result indicated 52k out of 53k just for Sule alone. Remember, both elections are done simultaneously. Tell me what judgement you will pronounce as a judge here. Haven't you seen the Bvas report, the result sheet, the collected PVC reports submitted and other evidences? Infact, after these evidences were tendered at the tribunal, TVC broadcast invited a Senior lawyer for live discuss on this, the lawyer clearly stated that the evidences shown has proven the case beyond a reasonable doubt. An APC TV station and Lawyer oooo! This is one of the reasons we can't grow in this country. You are simply placing your party ahead of the truth. I can't, and I will never aspire to be a politician of this nature. How do you make heaven with this? |

P rolams: A judge will never compare between house of assembly and gov to give judgment.a rerun in Lafia will see apc win massively so why waste time |

rolams: There's also obi lga in nasarawa. In Kaduna, pdp filed out of time and filed prehearing notice prematurely, therefore the petition will be dismissed.it is only in ogun that pdp has a chance because of the slim margin but apc defence is doing very well. If apc can lose zamfara so easily and even yobe to atiku, then they couldn't have rigged elsewhere na |

garfield1: I also followed the the kaduna's case, immediately I saw that the PDP filed out of time and the pre-hearing notice was filed prematurely. I just believed it is gone. But I am yet to understand the argument of the PDP counsel against the filling out of time and the premature pre-hearing application filed by the APC. They claimed to have corrected their error. If they can defend this tightly, Uba Sani can't escape. |

garfield1: Dapo Abiodun can't win the case in Ogun. One of his witnesses said there was no election is his polling unit and some units because of violence, to his surprise, INEC produced a result for that polling unit. Man rejected the result. INEC lawyer could not defend the results, they have no witness, they only close their defense on the petitioner's evidence. As for kebbi state, the deputy governor has no certificate. The school principal and the ministry of education testified against him with solid evidence. At least, 2 states are close for the PDP to win. Kebbi and Ogun state. |

rolams: No,most of adebutu's witnesses fumbled.they contradicted themselves and agreed that they lied on oath.those dapo witnesses were actually indicting adebutu, they were testifying that there was no elections in units where adebutu won mostly in Abeokuta south and sagamu.yesterday witnessed another massive blow as pdp lawyer Gordy uche was overwhelmed. In that same kebbi yesterday, the real principal came and testified alongside the director of exams sokoto state.the person pdp brought was actually a vice principal.the principal produced a spreadsheet showing the deputy name, his gce thereby rebutting the pdp testimony. As it stands, pdp has lost Enugu |

garfield1: Enugu is gone for the PDP. Uche didn't like the way he was not given time to go through APC's defense. For the Kebbi, only God knows how it will end. |

garfield1: I told you that APC has lost Kebbi. The person that came to testify in support of the deputy is not the principal. Again, the person only brought broadsheet for MOCK EXAM. The classmate testified against him, he said they were both expelled. See the full report below Election petition tribunal: Classmate testifies against Kebbi deputy governor. An old classmate of Kebbi state deputy governor, at the disputed Sultan Abubakar College Sokoto, Aminula Umar, has testified against him before the governorship election tribunal sitting in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi state. While being cross examined at the tribunal by the respondent’s and petitioner’s counsels, the classmate said he and the deputy governor, Abubakar Umar did not sit for examination in the school in 1979 because they were expelled. He was called as witness when the deputy governor was closing his defence at the tribunal against the petition filled by the PDP governorship candidate, General Aminu Bande’s (retd) challenging the victory of Governor Nasiru Idris and his Deputy Umar Abubakar Tafida. Bande in his petition joined Governor Idris, his Deputy, Abubakar Tafida,INEC and APC in the suit before the tribunal. Governor Idris, first respondent in the case filled by the PDP governorship candidate on Monday closed his defence without a witness but presented eight documents to the tribunal. While cross examining the deputy governor’s classmate, lead counsel to the petitioner, Ibrahim K. Bawa (SAN) argued that in one breath the classmate said he and the third respondent did not write exams in the school in 1979. But in his statement on oath he deposed that he and the third respondent completed their secondary education at sultan Abubakar College in Sokoto and that the third respondent was not expelled. He asked the deputy governor’s witness to choose what he wants the tribunal to accept. In his defence, the third respondent who is the Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, Abubakar Umar Tafida subpoenaed two officials from Sokoto state Ministry of Basic and secondary schools education to tender documents and also testified at the tribunal. The first witness who identified himself as Director Examination, Mustapha Idris Musa represented the Permanent Secretary of the State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Schools by tribunal subpoena. He said “I am here to tender documents only and not to testify”. After tendering the documents, counsel to the 3rd respondant, K. K Elejah (SAN) asked the tribunal to discharge him. The second witness who was a sole administor of the school confirmed to the tribunal that he certified the contentious testimonial of the deputy governor having sat for mock examination in the school in1979. He also tendered a broad sheet containing names of students who registered and sat for mock examination in the school in the said year. https://www.blueprint.ng/election-petition-tribunal-classmate-testifies-against-kebbi-deputy-gov/ |

rolams: Documentary evidence shows he actually sat for the 1979 exams.forgery is a criminal case and must be proven beyond reasonable doubt.once there is doubt, then it is not proven.the evidences cancels each other out, therefore status quo remains |

garfield1: There is no documentary evidence here na. Read it pls. He only sat for MOCK EXAM. The ministry of education also testified against him with evidences. 15 evidences against him. His witness said they were both expelled. |
Re: APC’s Worst Mistake Was Challenging Osun Election Outcome - Group (vi) by garfield1: 2:35pm On Aug 14, 2023 |
rolams: A director testified against him while the perm sec and ministry testified for him including those that issued the testimonial testified for him.his classmate was supposed to testify for him.in his written deposition,he said they graduated while orally,he contradicted himself which means his testimony will be decided.pdp has failed to prove their case |
Re: APC’s Worst Mistake Was Challenging Osun Election Outcome - Group (vi) by rolams(m): 5:18pm On Aug 14, 2023 |
garfield1: But all those who supported him only relied on MOCK EXAM. Nothing needed to be proven since his classmate said they were both expelled from the school. 15 to 16 evidences against the spreadsheet for the MOCK EXAM. Well, only the judge can determine the case. Good luck to whoever wins. |
Re: APC’s Worst Mistake Was Challenging Osun Election Outcome - Group (vi) by garfield1: 5:51pm On Aug 14, 2023 |
rolams: Are those 15 evidences damaging? Pdp said he didn't graduate from sultan abubakar college but evidences shows he graduated and was issued a testimonial.the testimonial wasn't challenged by pdp.again, merely saying he was expelled is not enough, the classmate must show proof. |
