Any system that can readily yield 45 billion to thieves is the problem that calls for urgent concern. Because it can be stolen again. So the issue is not only about how or what was recovered but how it was stolen in the first place and what is being done to ensure it doesn;t happen again. This is the difference between an advanced and a retarded society. The difference between one that progresses over time as against one that regresses year after year. |
