It would be interesting to get a poll on why this kind of death is considered 'shameful'. Is it the cause of death (cardiac arrest or whatever) or just the circumstances (sex with a woman not his lawfully wedded wife) that is the problem?

There is absolutely no doubt that there are men who have died suddenly either during or after sex with their lawfully wedded wives - but the woman is never held responsible. Those details are never made public. The cause and circumstances of death will probably be known to the doctors (and possibly the police) but it would be unthinkable to press charges against a woman because her husband died while having sex with her.
