I beg to differ on the bolded, the latter was a perennial bench warmer with Barcelona, the reason he left Spain to join Chelsea in search of first team football, Clichy's situation is worse, he is not the first choice left back and would continue to rot on the bench for city..

What could be the problem?

Very poor performance all round. We moved the ball too slowly at times and looked indecisive in the final third. Ozil has been poor since he returned. Sanogo did nothing all game and Wenger made the substitutions a tad late.

I think we are playing worse than last season and I blame wenger soley for this. We don't have a Striker amongst other things. It's looking like another Trophyless year.

Meanwhile the Referees have been very poor in the Arsenal games I have seen so far including the UEFACL.

Wenger played no striker today as far as I'm concerned.

Poor midfield performance, Ramsey and Carzola not on top of their game, Ozil looked and played lazy. Why the hell has Rosicky been warming the bench all season and these guys get to play.
