It depends, i mean can u pls elaborate more on this question of yours. If it means kissing someone else, lets say a close friend of your partner, it wouldnt be stealing if no one tells, but would be stealing if the other does. And hell yeah, it actually depends on the person I am with, if i aint happy with him, i'll try other fish, maybe even his friend but if i adore him, i wouldnt even wanna do anything to hurt him.
