Please I need help o.. I tried updating my phone from 5.1.1 to 6.1.3 OTA if I'm not mistaken. After the download of 940mb was done, my phone began installin and updatin but at the end of the whole process it got into recovery mode. Since then my phone has been useless.

I decided to restore it with iTunes. I got it plugged to the PC and lunched iTunes and it started downloading the software. After the download it started the extraction and just when it was about to commence with the restore an error message popped up telling me the iPhone can not be restored that an error occurred, quoting an error code '3194'.

I googled this issue and read a lotta articles out there on how to rectify this problem but nothing is just working out.

So, please I need anyone who has faced this kinda problems to assist me on how you resolved yours..please. It's a 4S.
