Goto settings/general/network/cellular network/tethering settings.
Input the apn and password as usual after a few secs hotspot and tethering option should be available should appear or respring.

I did not check the sim card,It was displaying "no service" but I was not bothered cos I tot it was the usual gevey unlock solution stuff. Thank God I told him to wait till tomorrow. The antenna position really fooled me.

U can install Apps from Apple AppStore & cydia store when your iPhone is jailbroken. WhatsApp is an app from Apple AppStore, so go & search AppStore & install WhatsApp messenger.
If u don't know how to search AppStore then u need to trade ur iphone with Nokia 3310. ℓ☺ℓ.

Don't even think of updating the baseband. The last time I had Gevey Pro, I sold it for 4k. I don't know the current price now. I don't sell it anymore.
