I am yet to take the malaria dose and the TT injection. My doctor has not yet given me. I didn't know malaria dose was dependent on whether baby is kicking.

yes it does comes with a flat mattress but if I have to u the bassinet that is the elevated part of it for o-6month I will have to buy a mattress
