Please,has anyone taken scent leaf here, while pregnant. Either early or later in pregnancy. I am having an argument about this with a friend right now. She insisted on taking it, there's no harm. While from google it can induce miscarriage,low birth weight or still birth.

I took scentleaf in homemade peppersoup i made without peppersoup spices, also ate it in yam porridge but the quantity was really not much…

But I’d advice erring on the side of caution, prevention is better than cure, i ate scentleaf then cos I didn’t know it was bad

Good morning beautiful mom,I am team March I need an answer and I want moms that have passed through this journey to put me through.Apart from medications what can one use to lower pregnancy induced hpertension.
*A lady i met during antenatal do chew garlic so when I asked her she said it lower her bp and she also said she used it during her first baby, please moms is garlis safe during pregnancy if No what other fruits is ok
*A post on Facebook which I stumbled upon once said a pregnant woman can chew a clove of garlic per day ma.Please help me moms because I don't want to loose this baby cus I ttc for 3years though I registered in a private hospital but what other natural remedy can I use.

..I am team march also had bp issues was given a drug to take daily to stabilize the BP .tho I also always checked my bp to know when the drug was not needed..what I think has helped me recently is I added calcium to my routine drugs that's because I usually have pains in my bones my thigh and all of that but I noticed my bp has stabilize a great deal and when I checked google I read that deficiency in calcium and cause high BP ...u can read up and see or ask your doctor ..I just assumed it's the additional calcium that has helped

Madam so sorry for the pain but it seems that this pain and hard stool after 2 months of delivery can be traced to mode of your delivery.

Pls can you tell us the mode of your delivery and if possible the degree of tear you sustained during delivery.

I had tears when I delivered. It was vagina delivery.
