With the heavy and multiple taxation usually put on the citizenry by the federal and state government, it is bad enough to know our government officials just siphon the money into private usage and thereby the heavy wastage.

But terrible is the face that even those paid with tax payers money turn arround and brutalise, manhandle and even in some case kill the citizens whose hard earning are used to pay them I.e Soldier, Police, Lastma, custom, KAI, navy and the rest.

Take a look at the picture below and my question is, can this ever happen in a developed and sane country? the answer NO!
