Why does love hurt? Is it a curse to always feel this hurt or an inevitable cycle . Guys what are your opinion.

It does not hurt when we learn to use common sense.  It only hurts when you use your heart instead of your head.

It should by 75%--of the head and 25% of the heart.  Most people use 100% heart and 0% of the head.  What do you expect?

Being in love does not mean 100% stupidity 24/7.

When you are in love, maturity means you learn to anticipate and understand certain things. You get to a certain stage in life and nothing should surprise you. So how can you get hurt even when you care?

Don't see how that can happen after you hit age 25! unless there is some serious developmental lag!

you are totally correct about the percentage sharing of heart & head.
Albeit some people still feel a heavy pinch when their heart is broken, though they can be classified as matured adults.
Love requires vulnerability. In the process ones fragile self is liable to loss.

Yes, your heart can be broken--but that feeling should not last for more than 24 hours! Nobody is indispensable in this life. Even where you can't get the original, I will definitely be glad to substitute. Never give anyone that power over you. You should always come first. If you are in any relationship prepare for the heartbreak.--Even if it involves your house pet Should have seen the heart break coming and prepared for it.  Nothing takes me by surprise anymore.  Everyone should develop that mentality so it is easier to move on and faster too.

Nothing gets in the way of my happiness--man, woman or child.  If you are not ready for disappointments, you should not get into a relationship.  People are bound to disappoint for no one is perfect--including ourselves.  We disappoint ourselves often too.  No big deal--just move on and do better next time.  Learn to love yourself FIRST!

Since Eve ate the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowlege ( the fruits of which we are still enjoying abundantly today till our death, wow the majic of internet) , she and Adam sinned against God. God metted out his judgment, hence why there's suffering, pain, hurt. The only salvation we have is through the holy scriptures and calling god to guide us in our lives. What ever religion you may be, call god to guide you and to restore your faith and power. Pray that only good will come to your life. The curse is there but God almightly has offered us salvation against the devil. Work on yourself. Good luck

You guys av said it all. Loving imperfect people entails preparing 4 the worst. No wonder Jesus said love your enemies.
I guess we all who have relationship shuld brace up with understanding the reality surrounding love & relationship: Any 1 can disappoint. Even U. But aspire to be a better person for your own benefit and for the good of the ones we love. Cheers.
