.

The woman importing it says it has nothing to do with the shoprite store. On it I see it written compare to Johnsons. There are akso shoprite diapers and baby wipes. Its a complete range.very few people seem to know about it tho.

Lol...u just painted the picture of my Lil babe when taking any other thing apart from pap! So I understand.
But I learnt that consistency is key like okirewaju said. My son was like that too with cereal...but with time after blending fruits with it, it became his best meal till he outgrew it.
hello, can someone blend fruits into cereal,I think d cereal has its flavour already, hope it won't make baby to ve diarrhea

And y shldnt she listen to wot her doctor says? Pls mind wot u say. u re free to gv ur suggestion bt pls dont discourage sm1 frm following her dr's directive. Who told u 5mls of water 3x/day s wot a baby needs. If u dont do EBF, then its perculiar to u.Mothers hv done it and reap d benefit. Abt 70% of breastmilk s water, and yes, breastmilk alone is enuf to sustain a child for d first 6months of life.

@specialmom, u dont need to stop EBF just because ur baby drinks little of her bathing water. Its normal for babies. My baby s almost 9months but he still wants to grab d cup and drink his bathing water. so go ahead wt ur EBF.All d best!
Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by favoredgal: 11:12am On Nov 14, 2014
In general, it's not a good idea to give your baby water until he's about 6 months old. Until then, he'll get all the hydration he needs from breast milk or formula, even in hot weather.

Giving a baby younger than 6 months old too much water can interfere with his body's ability to absorb the nutrients in breast milk or formula. It can also cause his tummy to feel full, which curbs his desire to feed. (While small sips of water probably won't hurt your baby, it's best to check with his doctor beforehand during those first six months.)

In rare cases, a baby who drinks too much water can develop a condition known as water intoxication, which can cause seizures and even a coma. Water intoxication happens when too much water dilutes the concentration of sodium in the body, upsetting the electrolyte balance and causing tissues to swell.

@specialmom... Babies generally like water. Even if you give her water to drink, she will still drink the one running down her face if that's her thing.

My baby that hates food can drink one gallon of water if I let her

If you are ebf... Then you don't need to give water, the right percentage of water needing is already in the boob juice

But if you want to give her, very little quantity pls
