Do not touch anything called ATF-Z1 with the longest of all spoons because Honda stopped Z1 since 2011 & every Z1 now is 'palm oil' cloned from China.

What you need is ATF-DW1 & it's N3,000 per liter can.

Hello guys. Pls I'm having gearbox issues with Honda Accord,2008 v6, automatic. The problem was noticed after clearing the car at the Lagos port. I certain "specialist" fixed it in Lagos. But on my way driving down to Abuja, I noticed the car couldn't go beyond gear 3, so I had to manage 100-120km/hr max, cos anything above that, the tachometer goes 4000rpm+.
Now I need to sort it out once and for all advise pls. I'm in Abuja. Also pls if there's a Whatsapp grp I will like to be added. 08030446978
Thanks

Your car has been fixed.

Chief. Is Mobil ATF not a suitable alternative? It's almost impossible to get Honda ATF here in Bayelsa. I hvnt seen it and all the parts dealers I've spoken wit deny it's existence(so I can buy the Mobil dey have obviously)

Ask them to give you 'double' kick starter, the 'single' ones do not last long.

The remote corrected on its own. At the second press now, all the doors open. Once i know exactly what to do, i'll sort it out because I know this correction is just temporary

. . . Came back to Lagos yesterday and found the car has corrected itself against as previously reported. Doors no longer locks itself while engine is ON and remote now unlocks all door at second press.

Meanwhile, have you had any success as to why it occurred because i myself have not

I noticed that for about 2 days now, my Honda Accord 2005 EOD when in a low movement state will just stop moving on all gears until I switch off the engine and restart. Though the gear selects well when driving on top speed but if I'm moving in an hold up gives me the problem above. What could be happening?

Unfortunately, the transmission oil Guage broke so there's no way to know it's real guage so I'm trying to get another. I used the engine guage to check if there's any oil and there's but i can't know the true guage

UPDATE...
I was able to get the guage dipstick. This is the current condition of the transmission fluid when cold
