U are forgetting a few things.

1. Spectranet is a private own company and not a charity organisation.

2. Spectranet is not the only isp in Nigeria so the issue of monopoly is out of the equation. There is always a choice.

3. Naira has fallen so bad that it has become almost worthless. U said they charged 5,000 for 50gb night plan in the past right ? Dude that is a measly $15 for 50gb data. Show me anywhere in the world where that is done. I know u will say it is night plan but it was just there to attract customers. Even the current rate of 10k for 50gb is still not too bad... Unless u show me any other company with a cheaper rate.

I'll give u an example. Last year when tecno Phantom 5 was released, it was sold for 70k. Today (6 months after its release) that same phone is sold for above 100k. Technically the price out to have dropped but it keeps going up. I guess u know why. So why not call NCC to caution tecno. Also last year Samsung g
Flagship phone galaxy s6 was sold for between 120-130K. Today, a year later that same phone is still sold for around 150k (when technically price should have dropped by about 40%) while their new flagship is sold for above 200k. U know why don't u? So call NCC on Samsung. Even pure water, rice, etc price don increase.

So it is expected for spectranet to increase their tarrif, in all honesty they are trying to make their price as cheap as possible. But when u consider the current value of naira then it is innebivatble. We pay them in Naira while they buy their equipments in dollars. They pay their foreign engineers in dollars. And u expect them to charge u $15 for 50gb data. If they were paying 10k to buy a $50 device last year, then this year they paying almost 20k to buy the same $50 device. How do u expect them to balance the books?

4. Spectranet tarrif still remain the cheapest in the country, at least for the heavy users. Unless u can show me any other company with a cheaper rate then ur rant is worthless.

How does it work?

How do I use it?

Before and after you take your enema you should always make sure your equipment is thoroughly clean. Check the equipment thoroughly to ensure it is clean. Flush out the tube and tap to ensure that they are clear throughout.


Connect all the equipment together: The enema attachment is the small tip, the vaginal douche attachment the longer tip. Make sure that the tap mechanism is closed. Fill the enema bag with mineral or filtered water which is at body temperature.

Suspend the enema bag less than three feet above the hips from a convenient hook on the wall or door, or supporting rail. Run some of the water through the tube and out of the tap end to release any air in the long tubing or tap before use. Close the tap again ready to start.



Apply lubricating jelly (YES lubricant, olive oil or KY jelly) to the enema tip and also to the outside of the anus.


Lie either on your side, kneeling head down bottom up, or on your back. Insert the lubricated enema tip into the anus and turn the tap mechanism allowing the water to flow in. Gravity will feed the water down through the tube for as long as the tap is open. You may feel more comfortable letting the water feed down in smaller amounts to allow the fluid to settle, infact that is preferable to trying to take it in all in one go. It is a bit fiddly but with practice it gets simpler.


Now, lie on your right hand side (Remove the tip first if it is easier). Hold the fluid inside you for as long as you can without it being uncomfortable.

When you are ready, remove the tip if you have not done so already and sit on the lavatory to allow the evacuation of the faecal matter and water. Don’t rush, strain or force.

It may be that you will need to feed water into your rectum and evacuate the contents a number of times in one session or once is enough per session. It really is up to you. You will be able to hold onto the water for longer periods with practice. More fluid needed? Just top up the bag.


Don't forget


It's really important to clean the equipment before and after use. Use a gentle but effective cold water sterilising solution like Virkon disinfectant tablets. Replace your enema kit annually or after approximately 30 uses.

User Tips


NEVER EVER USE TAP WATER.
Each member of the family should have their own enema kit, if this is not possible then each member should have their own tubing assembly and very strict levels of hygiene should be observed.

The first few times you use the kit should be seen as experimentation to see what you need to learn and to see how your body gets on with the process of taking an enema. We recommend you have sealed bottles of good quality still water (like Evian for example) stored at body temperature to use for plain water enemas. They are cheap and convenient - Do not use tap water in your enema bag.
If the tubing is too short, you could extend it by adding a replacement tubing assembly. Then you daisy chain the replacement tubing assembly onto the tubing supplied with the standard kit. Doing this means you end up with two taps to control the flow and double the tubing length to 2.8m.

Keep a print out of the instructions of what you are supposed to do handy
Use a lubricant on the tip (like our Yes Lubricant which is aloe vera based) or you can use a good quality organic oil or KY jelly
A washing up bowl to rest the end of the tubing and used tip into while you are on the loo, and to use to wash the equipment in when you have finished. Keep it where you can reach it easily while lying down.
Some disinfectant wipes.
A few towels in case of spills or accidents!
Latex gloves so that when you clean up anything messy you don’t have to touch it
Decent detergent and/or sterilizing solution for when you’ve finished
A towel to lie on and a pillow wrapped in a towel for your head
A timer so you know how long you’ve been there!
Something to read or listen to that will help you stay relaxed
A sense of humour ….just in case!



Start off small, try 500ml of fluid to begin with...you don’t have to attempt to take in the full 2 litres of fluid if you find it too hard. Do what feels right and don’t put yourself under any pressure.

OK. I think love making should come from the heart and not the head. Its not something to be planned for. No matter how busy a couple is, there'll surely be moments when all they crave would be to be in company of the ones they love, which would naturally lead to love making.

Ok, guys the reason this question was asked is because, you know how it is when couples are just dating in the beginning, they cant get enough of each other, they make love every single opportunity they have...but as the days turn into months and years then, the passion begins to slow down.... A statement by NDLEA says that the suspect who is married was arrested during the outward screening of passengers on Ethiopian airline flight to South Africa.

Speaking on the arrest, the NDLEA commander at the Lagos airport, Ahmadu Garba said
“A Nigerian living in South Africa by name Ayoola Ayodeji Adebayo was found in possession of 3.920kg of methamphetamine on his way to South Africa. The drug was found in a false bottom of his luggage while he was trying to check-in the luggage. The case is being investigated” Ahmadu stated.
Ayoola who holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management at Osun State College of Technology in 2006 said that he made a mistake getting involved in drug trafficking.

“I am a grocer in Pretoria. I have lived in South Africa for over three years. I am married with two children. My friend in Pretoria asked me to bring two bags to him. He bought my return ticket and gave me one hundred and fifty thousand naira. I thought the drug would not be detected because it was neatly concealed. This is a big mistake on my part because I have sustained my family with the grocery business. It will not happen again if I can get out of this problem” Ayoola stated.
Chairman/Chief Executive of the Agency, Ahmadu Giade said that the Agency has taken additional measures to detect hidden drugs at all exit and entry points in the country.

This is in preparation for anticipated increase in drug trafficking at the airports, land borders and seaports towards the end of the year. Nice to know that you are a vegetarian but i cannot see reason(s) to why you are castigating folks that enjoy eating animal products. You choose to be a vegetarian good for you. Moreover i have come across quite a handful of vegans and i must confess that they look quite lethargic and scrawny.

Being a vegan or vegetarian doesn't mean you eat only fruits and vegetables... it simply means you remove all animal products and dairy from your menu, like all types of meat, fish, milk eggs, cheese etc. You can still eat your rice, beans, garri, yam, plantain but cook them without meat and fish. But you introduce lots of fruits and vegetables on the menu. Noticed most Nigerians do not really spend their money to buy fruits... they would rather buy a plate of fired rice and chicken than a bunch of banana or pineapple..
