Health / Wow! Finally The Enema Kit Is In Nigeria!!! by bokom(m): 6:34am On Feb 01, 2016 |
I knew about Enema when i was a little boy! those days, my mum used to use it on us to pump some liquid through our ass into our bowel!..lol we used to call it Pump! but now the Europeans has made an improved modernized one. This kit can save a life. helps you wash your bowel and also for those with heavy constipation. Ladies can also use it for vaginal wash. For those who still do not know what an Enema kit is..... Please read the product description below. Product Description An enema is a discreet and private method of self-administered colon cleansing. Most importantly, it is extremely Easy to do and Home Enemas are extremely popular. Almost everyone who undergoes the experience has almost identical responses of "Wow! I feel hooked already" Why Enema Our modern lifestyle has given birth to an ever-increasing bouquet of health disorders where diagnosis is vague. Physiological ailments such as lower backaches, indigestion, flatulence, acidity, chronic constipation, irritable bowel syndrome are widely rampant. So are psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, irritability and other neuroses. These - coupled with our prolonged unhealthy lifestyles - has given birth to systemic disorders such as obesity, faster Ageing, Cancers, Rheumatoid Arthritis and auto immune disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Crohn's Disease, etc. These disorders have been linked to an insufficiently clean colon and a poor detoxification of the body. Experiences show that Enemas benefit greatly in such cases and help in maintaining youthfulness. Simply put, an enema cleans up the colon and induces bowel movements, leaving you feeling cleaner, lighter, and healthier almost immediately. The main job of the colon is to absorb water and nutrients from food and remove waste and toxins. Over the years, the colon walls can become encrusted with non-eliminated waste, making it sluggish and inefficient. Beneficial for: • Colon cleansing. • Digestive tract health. • Cleanse and detox. • Constipation. • Fermentation and putrefaction in the gut. • A healthy balance of gut micro flora. • Digestive disorders, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms such as bloating. • Elimination of accumulated fat, waste, toxins and parasites. • Restoring normal muscular activity in the colon. • Weight loss support. • General immunity and well-being. Features: Home enema kit (2 litres). Suitable for colon flushing and cleaning. Easy to use gravity feed system. Colon cleansing aid. As recommended by diet & detox gurus. Each enema requires a slightly different method, but the results for each will be glorious. When a smaller amount of liquid is retained permanently, we prefer to call this an implant. One cup of liquid with a probiotic, minerals, or something green with chlorophyll (like wheat grass) makes an excellent implant. They'll quickly have you on your way to a happier, healthier colon! Manifest Health tested this enema bag for ease of use, practicality, ‘cleanability’, safety, simplicity, reliability, portability, discretion, durability and visual design and this kit came out top of every test. As you can reuse this kit again and again it means that they are excellent value for money. The set contains a blue bag with a plastic hanging loop attached (so you can hang the bag from a wall hook or door handle). The blue bag is see through with increments up the centre at the front so you can clearly see the water level. There is a long transparent tube (1.4m - about 55 inches) which gravity feeds the fluid from the bag down via a small tap mechanism to the tip. An enema bag is used in administering a lower bowel flush, typically lying down in a knee bent position. The liquid is gravity fed. For evacuation, the tip is removed and the fluid is expelled into the toilet. The procedure is repeated as necessary. As well as using plain water (NOT TAP WATER) for the enema you can try using other fluids. Here is a link to a page on Enema Recipes for you to consider. Why we love this product Only the Italians could design an enema kit that looks so stylish! It is a product that has been used safely by thousands of people Easy and reliable to use again and again Safer than many designs as the position of the tap prevents the anal tip (the smaller of the two tips supplied) from being inserted too far into the anus, although all enema kits should be used with caution. No rubber or latex parts so you should not get an allergic reaction as you might with other models Plastic parts are well moulded and durable Simple to clean (do not boil though – remember this is plastic!) Very straightforward to assemble (you don’t need any detailed instructions) Designed to enable you to visibly check all parts easily prior to use (remember you can’t see inside the hot water bottle style enema bags at all, or those with opaque tubing) Comes with a small carry bag for discreet storage Collapsible so that you can flat pack it to store away or take with you easily when traveling Specifics The blue bag has a maximum capacity of 2 litres of fluid. The transparent gravity feed tube is 1.4m (about 55 inches) in length. The end of the enema tip is about the width of an average ballpoint pen casing and only 7cm (2 3/4 inches) long. The vaginal douche is the longer of the two tips and has a slight kink in it. This is for vaginal use only and should not be inserted in the anus. How does it work? An enema administers a lower bowel flush, typically lying down in a knee bent position. The liquid is gravity fed. For evacuation, the tip is removed and the fluid is expelled into the toilet. The procedure is repeated as necessary. How do I use it? Before and after you take your enema you should always make sure your equipment is thoroughly clean. Check the equipment thoroughly to ensure it is clean. Flush out the tube and tap to ensure that they are clear throughout. Connect all the equipment together: The enema attachment is the small tip, the vaginal douche attachment the longer tip. Make sure that the tap mechanism is closed. Fill the enema bag with mineral or filtered water which is at body temperature. Suspend the enema bag less than three feet above the hips from a convenient hook on the wall or door, or supporting rail. Run some of the water through the tube and out of the tap end to release any air in the long tubing or tap before use. Close the tap again ready to start. Apply lubricating jelly (YES lubricant, olive oil or KY jelly) to the enema tip and also to the outside of the anus. Lie either on your side, kneeling head down bottom up, or on your back. Insert the lubricated enema tip into the anus and turn the tap mechanism allowing the water to flow in. Gravity will feed the water down through the tube for as long as the tap is open. You may feel more comfortable letting the water feed down in smaller amounts to allow the fluid to settle, infact that is preferable to trying to take it in all in one go. It is a bit fiddly but with practice it gets simpler. Now, lie on your right hand side (Remove the tip first if it is easier). Hold the fluid inside you for as long as you can without it being uncomfortable. When you are ready, remove the tip if you have not done so already and sit on the lavatory to allow the evacuation of the faecal matter and water. Don’t rush, strain or force. It may be that you will need to feed water into your rectum and evacuate the contents a number of times in one session or once is enough per session. It really is up to you. You will be able to hold onto the water for longer periods with practice. More fluid needed? Just top up the bag. Don't forget It's really important to clean the equipment before and after use. Use a gentle but effective cold water sterilising solution like Virkon disinfectant tablets. Replace your enema kit annually or after approximately 30 uses. Precautions and Storage User Tips NEVER EVER USE TAP WATER. Each member of the family should have their own enema kit, if this is not possible then each member should have their own tubing assembly and very strict levels of hygiene should be observed. Replace your enema kit annually or after approximately 30 uses. With care you may be able to use the bag more times than this. The first few times you use the kit should be seen as experimentation to see what you need to learn and to see how your body gets on with the process of taking an enema. Just use plain water while you are getting used to taking enemas. Once you know how to give yourself a plain water enema with confidence you can progress from there on to other solutions if you choose to do so. We recommend you have sealed bottles of good quality still water (like Evian for example) stored at body temperature to use for plain water enemas. They are cheap and convenient - Do not use tap water in your enema bag. If the tubing is too short, you could extend it by adding a replacement tubing assembly. Then you daisy chain the replacement tubing assembly onto the tubing supplied with the standard kit. Doing this means you end up with two taps to control the flow and double the tubing length to 2.8m. We asked around our offices to see if there were any other ‘snippets of wisdom’ that we could bring together based on staff experiences that might help to get you started. In addition to your enema kit and the fluid of choice for the enema itself the team here suggests… Keep a print out of the instructions of what you are supposed to do handy Use a lubricant on the tip (like our Yes Lubricant which is aloe vera based) or you can use a good quality organic oil or KY jelly A washing up bowl to rest the end of the tubing and used tip into while you are on the loo, and to use to wash the equipment in when you have finished. Keep it where you can reach it easily while lying down. Some disinfectant wipes. A few towels in case of spills or accidents! Latex gloves so that when you clean up anything messy you don’t have to touch it Decent detergent and/or sterilizing solution for when you’ve finished A towel to lie on and a pillow wrapped in a towel for your head A timer so you know how long you’ve been there! Something to read or listen to that will help you stay relaxed A sense of humour ….just in case! Start off small, try 500ml of fluid to begin with...you don’t have to attempt to take in the full 2 litres of fluid if you find it too hard. Do what feels right and don’t put yourself under any pressure. Finally, in an ideal world, you’d not be interrupted while performing the enema so phones off, bathroom door locked and no interruptions For those outside Lagos, you can order the Enema kit on Konga by clicking on this link http:///enema-kit-2174422 For those in Lagos you can order by calling 08175697400 or send email to angela.ilascu@gmail.com

Health / Re: Body Odour Problem, Please Help by bokom(m): 2:24pm On Jan 14, 2016 |
Bros your problem is very simple.... your body is intoxicated! And if you don't do something about it very fast, then not only will your body be smelling, very soon you will get sick too. What you need is detoxification. You need to clean your body and rid it of toxins. 1st of all stop eating any kind of meat! Be it fish, chicken or snail, anything flesh! Start drinking a lot fresh fruit juices, green juice, smoothies and eat lots and lots of fruits and green salad. Try and eat 80% raw and just 20% cooked food. But please eliminate all dairy products and meat from your diet. Drink lots of water, take shower regularly and be on this diet for at least 3 months and you will thank me later.... 2 Likes |

Family / Question About Love Making For Married Couples Above 5 Years! by bokom(m): 2:15pm On Dec 10, 2015 |
Hey guys, how many times should a married couple, both working very hard to make a living (9 - 5 job) should make love in a week in other to maintain a healthy relationship! Also is it normal for couples to make a time table for their love making so that both parties should be prepared and respect the days and wont give any excuse or should they allow it as the feelings brings it on? Please only matured married couples should comment. Kids keep off this tread! Thank you! Modified! Ok, guys the reason this question was asked is because, you know how it is when couples are just dating in the beginning, they cant get enough of each other, they make love every single opportunity they have...but as the days turn into months and years then, the passion begins to slow down.... The man starts working very hard because he has to feed wife with the kids thus getting more tired. The wife start concentrating in training the kids and making sure every where is clean and food is ready.... then one day they both realize that its been 2 weeks since they made love! So my question . should couples still maintain 4 - 5 times loving making a week which they were used to in the past, or is still normal and no need to worry if the do it once or twice in a week.. |

Speaking on the arrest, the NDLEA commander at the Lagos airport, Ahmadu Garba said “A Nigerian living in South Africa by name Ayoola Ayodeji Adebayo was found in possession of 3.920kg of methamphetamine on his way to South Africa. The drug was found in a false bottom of his luggage while he was trying to check-in the luggage. The case is being investigated” Ahmadu stated. Chairman/Chief Executive of the Agency, Ahmadu Giade said that the Agency has taken additional measures to detect hidden drugs at all exit and entry points in the country. “The Agency has taken additional measures to detect hidden drugs at our exit and entry points in the country. This is in preparation for anticipated increase in drug trafficking at the airports, land borders and seaports towards the end of the year. The arrest of Ayoola whose drug was neatly concealed is an indication that more drugs shall be detected” Giade stated. The suspect will soon be arraigned in court. 1 Like

Just like the way a cocaine addict will find a million reasons to justify his addiction, same way meat eaters are looking for silly excuses to feed their addiction! I don't expect 20 % of Nigerians to be vegetarians, but come on, I can't even find one person on nairaland! This tells me a lot! Why do you think the whites are better than us? Because the are very open minded more exposed and educated. It's really a silly excuse that you can't eat healthy because of your silly addiction to suya, pepper soup and nkwobi.... very lame. Look at how Nigerians die at early age of 40 - 50, and in western world's you see grannies of 85 years getting married again. An average rich onitsha business man in Naija do not even know what it means to a vacation for 2 weeks and rest the body or an average house wife to know the benefits of exercise... Naija I weep for thee!!!!! |

PRISTINEMUSCLES: I am not trying to judge no one, but its quite sad that a country of almost 200 million population cannot boast of 10, 000 vegetarians , that goes a long way to show us that Nigeria is still far way behind! For the records, Animal products is very very acidic and our body is not meant to digest meat naturally... We are more like Monkeys or chimpanzee, which do not eat any form of animal at all and yet they are so strong and big! Why do you think, wild animals do not have same kind of sicknesses man has? have you ever thought why we have cancer, diabetes, ulcer, kidney failure, heart attack you think the are natural sickness? No, these sickness came as a result of what we eat! We are no more living the way nature designed us to live! rather we feed ourselves with poisons because of our addictions!... I once told a friend that its easier for a cocaine addict to stop taking drugs than a normal Nigerian to stop eating Meat, fish eggs etc.... |

I have been a vegan now for almost 5 years! I am from Nigeria but I started this life style while I was in Europe. Been in this direction have helped improve my health in ways you cannot imagine. I follow this life style for 2 reasons... For health and also for moral reasons, because I have so much love for Animals . Recently I came back to Nigeria and I found out that there are no Nigerian vegans/ vegetarians t all! Nigeria is so addicted to meats that everyone looks at me as been abnormal when I order my food without meat. One guy even told me that he gladly date me if I was a babe because I will be very cheap to take out for a date....lol anyway, I am so sorry to say that Nigerians are still backwards when it comes to eating healthy, like more fruits, vegetables and herbs and this is why we hardly see old people anymore in Nigeria. A 50 year old man in Nigeria, in most villages are the oldest in the family. So can someone prove me wrong that I am the only vegan in Naija! Please identify with me here if you are one! Thanks |

Being a vegan or vegetarian doesn't mean you eat only fruits and vegetables... it simply means you remove all animal products and dairy from your menu, like all types of meat, fish, milk eggs, cheese etc. You can still eat your rice, beans, garri, yam, plantain but cook them without meat and fish. But you introduce lots of fruits and vegetables on the menu. Noticed most Nigerians do not really spend their money to buy fruits... they would rather buy a plate of fired rice and chicken than a bunch of banana or pineapple.. 4 Likes 1 Share |
