Meister:

Find another store that ships it to Nigeria

The store is the only one that sells the product, the official store.

Not sure I can trust buying elsewhere

Any idea on how to get an item that does not originally ship to Nigeria?

Please, I have a MacBook Air 2013 I would like to have a battery change for.

How much would it cost?

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Secapay USSDPOS Agent Mass Recruitment Exercise (70 - 200k/month) by dejibimbo(m): 2:21pm On May 14, 2018
Can businesses get the POS from the website?
Business / Re: How To Make Over 200k Per Month As A Marketer (in 2018) by dejibimbo(m): 3:50pm On May 10, 2018
skydancer:
Secapay just released a product recently similar to POS. It enables merchants or anyone to receive bank card/atm payments via USSD. Unlike bank pos, it does not require merchants to spend money on maintenance etc, just buy one time and use forever anywhere in Nigeria. This is a blessing for merchants and it costs only N5000 one-time to purchase for life. A user that wants to pay the merchant can dial *347*8*MERCHANT_CODE*AMOUNT# to send money to the merchant. It also doesn't require internet availability like bank POS because it works via GSM/USSD. Merchants can withdraw their money anytime within 2 to 24 hours.

Secapay is offering up to 50% commission (starts at 25%) for people with marketing skills that can sell the USSD POS. I think it's a good opportunity for people who have the skills. The USSD POS plans sell at 5k, 50k and 150k depending on the business size. Regular business get 5 digits, higher/bigger businesses get 4 digits, and larger enterprise businesses get only 3 digits.

If you do the maths, if you can sell to up to two large organizations in a month (maybe churches or big businesses), three medium organizations, and 10 small businesses, that's about 25000 + 75000 + 150000 = (250,000), assuming you already have 50% commission. But even at 25% that's still 125,000.

Your commissions increase by 5, 2 or 0.5 each time depending on the size of each business you sign up.

To be an agent you have to apply to their recruitment exercise. Visit https://blog.secapay.com/blog/post/secapay-ussdpos-agent-mass-recruitment-exercise on how to apply

Do you really mean it that one would make 200,000naira from this?

Car Talk / The Future Is Here: Self Driving Car From 2030 by dejibimbo(m): 9:09pm On Apr 04, 2015
Somewhere in a distant future, time traveling machines have been perfected, quite available to use by those who have the authority to time-travel.
A very interesting argument is this, if time travel would ever be a thing of reality, then it is safe to say that we have people from a distant (or not so distant) future living in our midst. This argument may sound 'science fiction', but it holds to be a sound argument.

Sometime ago a television advert, sponsored by one of the technology forward banks that ever existed in Nigeria, where in the future they said cars would one day drive themselves. Do you remember the advert? "Alfred, straight to the office". YES, THAT FUTURE IS HERE.

check video below
its mind blowing....

as i said earlier, people from the distant future now live amongst us....

Comment really reserved.....
We will get there someday....just around the corner...

From a global point of view...or let me say with the way things are going, that is looking at where the developed countries are heading, and where technology itself is heading towards....software development would become more and more lucrative, even for those who know how to develop in just one language...not to talk of multi-linguists...

I saw a video on youtube of a door lock that gets unlocked when your phone is close to the door...of an umbrella with Bluetooth, which alerts your phone when you leave you umbrella behind....

What I will say is for us to start positioning ourselves for what the future is turning out to become....and be prepared in terms of technical skills (programming skill et al...), business management skills...and all the other skills that will help position us well in a future driven by technology

Then....am not sure if its existent in Nigeria...do have have electronics plants in Nigeria where 'small' electronic gadjets are manufactured? Like the smart door knob I talked about...I wonder if such could be manufactured in Nigeria, without needs of importing parts...I think that's where china glories...they manufacture small electronics...even 'useless' ones...

@dhtml....thanks for sharing this word with us..."techgineer"...I've not heard it b4...*smiles*
@seun thanks for sharing the post...wish to get to you level and surpass you someday...
