Health / Natural Drinks For Couple That Improve Stamina In Bed by globalwaly(m): 3:32pm On Nov 20, 2017
Premature ejaculation is a health issue that affects virtually thousands of men worldwide, and it can be brought on by a number of reasons. Most often, the causes are a lack of confidence, insufficient physical activity and a diet full of added sugar and processed foods.

However, instead of treating this problem as its source like they should, most people choose to take the shorter path to increased virility and opt out for some sort of medication like Viagra or Cialis. And while these medications are a valid temporary solution and successfully alleviate the symptoms of premature ejaculation, they’re not something that should be used for extended periods of time.

It’s a little-known fact that Viagra was originally used to treat heart problems in older individuals, until someone noticed that it tended to exhibit a side effect that caused stronger and longer lasting erections. So if you don’t gobble down heart medication on a regular basis, you probably shouldn’t do the same with Viagra either.

You might be asking yourself what the alternative is. How can you remedy your PE without resorting to potentially harmful drugs? Fortunately, Mother Nature has you covered this time. There are plenty of food and drink options out there that can improve your sexual virility, give you stronger erections and strengthen your libido, and today I want to talk about just some of them.

1. Pomegranate Juice

Pomegranate is basically a superfood filled with all sorts of essential vitamins and minerals that your body requires on a regular basis, but I bet you didn’t know that the juice of a pomegranate can be extremely beneficial to your overall sexual performance.

The reason behind this is rather simple; pomegranates are loaded with antioxidants, which do a lot of helpful things within your organism such as fighting free radicals (and therefore reducing the risk of cancer, among other things), but they also improve your overall blood flow. More blood flow leads to stronger erections, and you can probably figure out the rest yourself.

2. Beverages with Caffeine

Caffeine is generally not regarded as being particularly healthy, but I am a firm believer that it can be a great way to boost your libido if taken in moderation. Just like the antioxidants in pomegranate, caffeine is a strong stimulant of blood flow, which is great for your sexual prowess for reasons I’ve already mentioned.

Caffeine can also give you that instant, a slight jolt of energy that could be just what you need to power through your next sex session with your significant other. So remember, take it in moderation – a cup or two a day won’t hurt, won’t cause any nasty caffeine crashes and can indeed be beneficial to your performance in the bedroom!

3. Milk

A lot of people beat on milk these days and even claim that our bodies aren’t able to digest it properly, but this is mainly because lactose intolerance has been on the rise the last couple of years for reasons still unknown to science.

However, various studies have shown that milk is loaded with a lot of useful nutrients, vitamins and even protein that your body needs, and I personally find that drinking a single glass of milk in the morning is a great way to quickly get energized and prepare myself for the day.

The thing is, the more energy you have in general, the better it is for your libido and your sexual performance. Not even a quick romp in the sack is successfully completed on an empty stomach, so a glass of milk before your next session might be just what you need.

4. Aloe Vera

For centuries aloe vera has been well known for its various healing properties, but a lesser known fact is that it can have a very positive influence on your libido and your general sexual virility. A study conducted in California used three hundred people to test the effects of aloe vera on their sexual desire, and returned phenomenal results.

The best way to use this herb for this particular purpose is to simply grab some aloe vera juice, which you can pick up as a dietary supplement either online or almost certainly at your local pharmacy.

Health / Caring For People With Down Syndrome by globalwaly(m): 1:25am On Feb 13, 2017
Parents often panic when a doctor tells them their child has Down Syndrome. They are afraid of how this will affect their child's life as well as their own lives. While there is no cure or treatment for Down Syndrome, many children with this disorder can have good lives.

What Is Down Syndrome?

Down Syndrome occurs when a child is born with an extra chromosome. While it is considered a genetic disorder, most parents of Down Syndrome children are genetically normal.

The disorder can be diagnosed during pregnancy, or diagnosed after a child is born. It affects the child's facial features, intellectual capabilities, and physical growth. Individuals with Down Syndrome have a higher risk of serious health problems.

Some of the most common examples include leukemia and other cancers, thyroid issues, epilepsy, digestive issues, oral health problems, and heart defects. A person with Down Syndrome is more likely to have fertility issues. Men, especially, are less likely to become parents, although it is possible.

Causes Of Down Syndrome

Random errors in normal cell division cause Down Syndrome. This is known as nondisjunction. It can occur in either the mother's egg or the father's sperm, and can occur either during or before fertilization.

In some cases, individuals who do not have the disorder themselves can carry a faulty chromosome. When the chromosome is passed on to their own child, the child can have the disorder.

A person who has had one child with Down Syndrome has a slightly higher risk of future children having the disorder. However, a person can have any number of healthy children before one child is born with the condition.

The most well-known and proven risk factor is maternal age. While younger women can have children with Down Syndrome, the risk starts to increase after 35 years of age. At age 35 the risk is 1 in 350 births, and the risk increases to 1 in 10 births by age 49. Some studies show paternal age may also be a factor.

Older women and men can undergo genetic testing before attempting pregnancy.

An extra chromosome in the mother's egg accounts for over 90% of Down Syndrome cases. A father's sperm accounts for approximately 4%. In other instances, it occurs after fertilization.

Caring For Down Syndromes

The prospects for a child born with Down Syndrome today are much better than those for children born in the distant past. Many individuals with this disorder can have a relatively normal lifespan. With appropriate care and treatment, up to 80% reach their senior years, and many live to become elderly.

However, there are differences in every stage of life for a person with Down Syndrome. For a child or adult to have the highest quality of life, his special needs must be addressed. His parents or other caregivers, physicians, and teachers should all work together.

First, as individuals have a higher risk of serious health issues, the person should be seen by a doctor more frequently than a healthy person. During childhood, the pediatrician can perform tests and monitoring for the medical issues common to this disorder. The child may need a surgical procedure or other intervention if he develops one of these medical issues. As he grows older, his need for testing and monitoring will continue so he can have the best possible state of health.

Second, as cognitive and intellectual development is slower, he needs a supportive, experienced educational system. Some people feel Down Syndrome children should be a part of regular classrooms, while others believe the children benefit more from Special Education. Parents can discuss their preferences with the local school district and decide which option is best for their child.

Whichever option parents choose, the child will benefit from individualized attention. Consistent support and encouragement will help him reach his highest potential. He will be able to learn, and he will feel good about himself.

Third, a supportive home and family environment is essential for a Down Syndrome child. Couples who have other children should help their children understand why their sibling requires more attention. As raising a Down Syndrome child is time-consuming and stressful, parents may wish to consider hiring a helper so they can have occasional breaks. It requires commitment, too. Parents may need to make many changes in their schedules and their priorities.

Fourth, parents with a Down Syndrome child can find many opportunities that did not exist in the distant past. Support groups for parents, recreational activities for children, and even cosmetic surgery to correct facial abnormalities are some examples. If your child has Down Syndrome, you do not need to be isolated and alone. Reach out to others, and learn about opportunities that are available in your community or state.

Health / Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Gonorrhea. Question & Answer by globalwaly(m): 7:55am On Oct 20, 2016
Gonorrhea Also, referred to as the “clap” or “drip, ” gonorrhea is a contagious disease transmitted usually through sexual contact with an infected person. Gonorrhea can also be spread by contact with infected bodily liquids, so that a mother could pass on the infection to her newborn during childbirth. Both men and women can get gonorrhea. The infection is easily spread and occurs most often in people who have many sex partners.

What Causes Gonorrhea?

Gonorrhea is caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae, a bacterium that can grow and increase easily in mucus walls of the body. Gonorrhea bacteria can grow in the warm, moist areas of the reproductive area, including the cervix (opening to the womb), womb (womb), and fallopian pipes (egg canals) in women, and in the harnröhre (the tube that holds urine from the urinary to outside the body) in women and men. The bacteria can also grow in the mouth area, throat, and anus.
Just how is gonorrhea spread?

You can get gonorrhea by having vaginal, anal, or MouthAction with somebody who has gonorrhea. A pregnant girl with gonorrhea can give chlamydia to her baby during childbirth.

How Perform I Know If My spouse and I Have Gonorrhea?

Not all people infected with gonorrhea have symptoms, so knowing when to seek treatment can be tricky. The moment symptoms do occur, they are often within two to 10 days after exposure, nevertheless they can take up to thirty times to develop and include the following:

Gonorrhea symptoms in women

Greenish green or whitish discharge from the vagina
Reduced belly or pelvic pain
Burning up when urinating
Conjunctivitis (red, itchy eyes)
Bleeding between periods
Spotting after sex
Swelling of the vulva (vulvitis)
Burning in the throat (due to mouth sex)
Swollen glands in the throat (due to MouthAction)

In a few women, symptoms are so slight that they go undetected.

A lot of women with gonorrhea l think they have a yeast infection and self-treat with over-the-counter yeast disease drug. Because vaginal release can be a signal of a few different problems, it is best to always seek the advice of a doctor to ensure proper prognosis and treatment.

Gonorrhea symptoms in men

Greenish discolored or whitish discharge from the penis
Burning when peeing
Burning in the throat (due to common sex)
Painful or enlarged testicles
Swollen glands in the throat (due to MouthAction)

In men, symptoms usually appear two to 14 days after infection.

Am I at risk for gonorrhea?

Any sexually active person can get gonorrhea through unprotected vaginal, anal, or MouthAction.

If you are sexually active, have an honest and open talk with your health care provider and ask whether you should be tested for gonorrhea or other STDs. If you are a sexually active man who is gay, bisexual, or who has sex with men, you should be tested for gonorrhea every year. If you are a sexually active woman younger than 25 years or an older woman with risk factors such as new or multiple sex partners, or a sex partner who has a sexually transmitted infection, you should be tested for gonorrhea every year.

Science/Technology / Lg’s 29-inch Windows 10 Tablet Comes Stuck To A Smart Fridge by globalwaly(m): 8:02pm On Sep 04, 2016
I have seen lots of crazy Stuff lately but this one definitely Wowed me, this LG's latest Refrigerator is the boldest and craziest yet.

LG's 29-inch Windows 10 tablet comes stuck to a smart fridge

The company has put a 29-inch Windows 10 Surface computer on one of the doors and, as if that's not enough, made the screen transparent so users can see inside the fridge.

It's the transparent display that sets the Smart InstaView apart from other connected fridges, although the idea is still far from perfect.

The view you'll get through the door is of the products filling the shelves on the inside of the right-hand of its two doors. You'll see the front labels of the products if they're put in backwards, that is with their labels facing inwards, but then when you open the door they'll be facing away from you.

And forget about seeing what's on the inner shelves, unless you don't fill up the door shelves. The transparent display is also far from clear, making products even halfway back in the fridge a little difficult to see.

By using a transparent touchscreen display, users are able to create icons and labels to match food that's visible, for example labeling a product with who it belongs to or when it expires. You can also call up a countdown timer.

Health / Everything You Wanted To Know About Fibroid Tumors by globalwaly(m): 8:24pm On Aug 19, 2016
Exactly what is fibroids?

Fibroids are the most regularly seen tumors of the feminine reproductive system. Fibroids, often known as uterine myomas, leiomyomas, or fibromas, are compact tumors that are made of smooth muscle cells and fibrous combinatorial tissue that develop in the uterus. Approximately between 20 to 50% women of reproductive age have fibroids, although not all are diagnosed. Some estimates state that up to 30 to 77 percent of women will develop fibroids sometime during their childbearing years, although only about one-third of these fibroids are large enough to be detected by a health care provider during a physical examination.
In more than 99 percent of fibroid cases, the tumors are benign (non-cancerous). These tumors are not associated with cancer and do not increase a woman's risk for uterine cancer. They may range in proportions, from the size of a pea to the size of a softball or small grapefruit.

Fibroid Types
Fibroid tumors usually present in four different types: pedunculated, subserosal, intramural, submucosal.

Pedunculated fibroids

Pedunculated fibroids are those extending from the uterus over a stalk. This kind of type of tumor may be found within the endometrial cavity or increasing outside of the uterus into the pelvis. These are generally the most easily removed tumors, and often the surgery can be performed through laparoscopy or hysteroscopy. The symptoms include pain or pressure in a specific area, or bleeding depending on where the tumor is located.

Subserosal fibroids
Subserosal are those fibroids located just below the exterior layer of the uterus. These are the tumors that are most easily accessible and are often removed via a simple or laparoscopic myomectomy. If allowed to increase in size, symptoms can include pelvic pain, lower back pain, urinary frequency, congestion, bloating and indigestion.

Intramural fibroids

Intramural tumors are those located deep in the womb in the key body of the organ. These are the most frequent and the most difficult to remove, and are in charge of the maximum percentage of hysterectomies. These kinds of tumors can produce hemorrhage problems, belly pressure, and painful intercourse, in addition to all the symptoms listed above

Submucosal fibroids
Submucosal fibroids are those straight adjacent to the endometrial lining. These are the tumors mostly in charge of heavy menstrual bleeding. These tumors impinge on the endometrial cavity and will produce long heavy periods, aches, clots, and cervical pressure.

What cause fibroid tumors?
While it is not clearly known what causes fibroids, it is believed that each tumor develops from an aberrant muscle cell in the uterus, which multiplies rapidly because of the influence of estrogen. research and scientific experience point to these factors:

Symptoms of Fibroids
Many women with fibroids don't have any symptoms. In those that do, symptoms can be influenced by the location, size and number of fibroids. Some women who have fibroids have no symptoms, and have only gentle symptoms, while other women have more severe, troublesome symptoms. In women who have symptoms, the most frequent symptoms of uterine fibroids include:

• Heavy monthly bleeding
• Menstrual periods enduring more than a week
• Pelvic pressure or pain
• Frequent urination
• Difficulty draining the bladder
• Constipation
• Backache or leg pains

What you need is scaling and polishing

Scaling & Polishing. Your dentist or hygienist will use a 'scale and polish' when your teeth require a thorough clean to remove all traces of plaque and tartar. Scaling is used to remove the hard tartar on your teeth, which cannot be removed by simply brushing your teeth.

It depends on your location, i can recommend a dentist for you

Cosmetic Dentistry in Nigeria - What treatments are available?

Presently there are a huge amount of cosmetic dentist treatments available in this day and age. Dentists today supply a much greater role than simply checking up on our teeth and occasionally making a filling. Today there are a range of procedures and treatments that dentists and oral health specialists can carry out. These range from very simple procedures such as teeth whitening to more complex surgeries such as fitting dental implants. The procedures available came down in price over time which is making them more popular across the country. As people realize that a Nollywood smile is within their grasp they are looking to dentists to make that happen.

Teeth whitening

Teeth whitening is a popular and cost effective procedure. This kind of can be done at the dentist or even at home. Teeth cleaning is an important part of any regular checkup, process simply takes this one step further. You should talk to your dentist about the best course of action for taking. Often a home treatment can be suitable, other times something more may be required to have the desired effect. Be aware that some treatments can leave your teeth more sensitive than typical. Your dentist should discuss this with you though, See article on Ways to whiten your teeth at home

Dental Implant

Missing a tooth? how about getting a dental implant. This is when a metal "root" is inserted in to the jawbone and left to fuse with the bone. Once secure, a tooth can be attached to the basis. The tooth can be made to look like the existing teeth you already have and it is very difficult to see any difference between a real or prosthetic tooth. This is a great answer to someone lacking just one or two teeth. A few people aren't suitable applicants for this procedure and the bone must be strong so the main can take hold. All those with weak bone in their jaws won't be able to have this procedure undertaken on them.

Porcelain veneers

Porcelain veneers are all the rage in Artist. If you have at any time noticed that actors and singers all have perfect teeth, you could be forgiven for thinking that only individuals with a perfect set have a chance of breaking into the industry. This is erroneous - it's simply that the majority have gotten porcelain veneers. This is when a covering is put over the existing teeth to make the teeth seem to be straighter and whiter than they actually are. This kind of type of work does indeed require some filing of the teeth underneath and really should not be undertaken lightly. On occasion a veneer or maybe more have been known to drop out and they will likely need replacing at a future date. Plan for future costs as well as the immediate costs if you are contemplating this process.

Dental Crown

Crown may also be fitted onto the teeth which makes them seem better and makes them more robust too. They can be good solutions for cracked teeth and the procedure is not practically so severe as having veneers fitted. If you are thinking about increasing your smile but don't want to undergo any major surgery, then a good expending whitening is the best route. Speak to your dentist to determine how you can begin this. talk to your dental office and if possible, find someone who has got the task done themselves. (One of our editor did crown his teeth at Platinum Dental Surgery, you should check them out)

Politics / Anybody Complaining About Buhari Is Wasting His Time – Diya Oladipo by globalwaly(m): 10:40am On Dec 21, 2015
Why Buhari is trusted in Yorubaland — Gen Diya

Nigeria may have problems producing Buhari’s successor

Lieutenant General Donaldson Oladipo Diya (Retd) was Chief of General Staff, CGS, during the military regime of late General Sani Abacha (1993 – 1997).

Earlier he served under the military regime of General Muhammadu Buhari as Military Governor of Ogun State between January 1984 and August 1985. Born on April 3, 1944 at Odogbolu,Ogun State, Diya was educated at the Methodist Primary School, Lagos, Odogbolu Grammar School, and then at the Nigerian Defence Academy, NDA, Kaduna.

He later attended the United States of America Army School of Infantry; the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, Kaduna State (1980–1981) and the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Plateau State. While serving in the military, Diya studied Law at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he obtained an LLB degree, and subsequently the Nigerian Law School after which he was called to bar as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

General Diya was Commander, 31 Airborne Brigade before he was appointed by General Buhari as Military Governor of Ogun State after which he moved to become the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 82nd Division, Nigeria Army, in 1985 following the ouster of the Buhari government by General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida.

Diya was Commandant, National War College (1991–1993) and was thereafter appointed as Chief of Defence Staff during the brief regime of Chief Ernest Shonekan as Head of the Interim National Government. Diya became Chief of General Staff (Vice President) in 1993 and Vice Chairman of the Provisional Ruling Council in 1994 under Abacha.

In this interview in his Lagos residence, Diya spoke about “the Buhari that I know,” saying it would be difficult for Nigeria to get a person like the President if they failed to appreciate and exploit the benefits of his present administration as civilian President. Excerpts:

By Bashir Adefaka & Chris Onuoha

After General Olusegun Obasanjo, you are the second Yoruba man who rose to the position of second-in-command as Chief of General Staff. You seem to have been relatively quiet or reluctant to play an active role among the Yoruba. Why?

Apart from the military profession that I retired from, I decided to go into other things. I am also a lawyer by profession because I studied law, went to Law School and was called to bar as solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

And I have other things occupying my mind and time. That is it for now. Apart from this office here in my house, I have another office at Ikoyi, a law firm where my lawyers practice. Besides law practice, I have a church that I manage.

I try to be there three times a week and I make sure that I attend the church every Sunday.

So when you put all these together, it explains why it seems to you that I am quiet but I am not quiet anyway. The Yoruba, as a body, are very much alive. So many things happen but they do not take them by surprise.

The Yoruba, at the maiden Yoruba United Conference at Papa Obafemi Awolowo’s house in Ikenne, cried out over marginalisation by the then Goodluck Jonathan government. Would you say that the problem has now been solved with the choice portfolios given to Yoruba men and women in the Buhari cabinet?

The Yoruba generally trust Buhari because they knew him before now. Generally speaking, if you are acquainted with much of the story, the personality of Buhari is enough to sell.

Personality of Buhari

You look at the man and say, “yes, we can trust him.” When you look at his antecedents you will believe that he has done it before and that he will do it better this time.

You see, it is not easy to have a man who has been a General Officer Commanding, a Minister of Petroleum, a Head of State and Chairman Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF), yet, as big as Nigeria is, nobody can really face him and point an accusing finger at him to say, You have done this or that.

If somebody comes in, he has been this or that and as big as this country is, nobody can say this man has done something bad before, I think it is worthy of appreciation.

I am a living witness, with the personality that Buhari has put up, it will be difficult for him to fail and probably, that may be our next problem.

What do you mean?

When he, President Buhari finishes his tenure, who stands in, who comes in after him will be our big problem. But, maybe we shouldn’t get ourselves troubled over that now because when we get to the river we shall cross it. But it is a problem.

What would you say informed Buhari’s decision to appoint you as military governor in your state of origin during his stint as a military Head of State?

That policy by General Buhari of picking us from our states of origin as military governors was very good but it had its advantages and disadvantages. When I was in service, I lived in Israel. And I commanded the Nigerian contingent at the Lebanon crisis.

So, I know that if you are from a place and you are there to serve, the tendency is there for the people of that area to have respect for you, I mean, knowing your background. So that’s why I say it has its advantages and also, its disadvantages.

Advantages and disadvantages

I believe and from the experience I had from that place, I knew every corner of that state; when you are there, you have facts and are objective, you will have nothing to hide. It was an advantage which I had and it was beautiful.

Given your vast military experience, in what way do you think the government can quickly tackle the Boko Haram insurgency?

When you talk about fighting insurgency, it is a different class of war. And you see, all our soldiers and officers are studying all the conditions that are necessitating the fight against the insurgency. And you should realise that fighting insurgency and fighting regular warfare are two different things.

Diya: The Yoruba generally trust Buhari

When we were young officers, second lieutenants, we knew and it is still so that the policy or language is ‘fighting and movement’ which is an infantry practice; ‘Fire and Move.’

But that’s fighting a regular war. But fighting insurgency is a different thing. The insurgent fights you and he wants to die. That changes the tactics completely.

When you are fighting somebody and the person is running away from you, it is called fighting and movement. When you shoot, the tendency is for him to move and you want to run and pursue him.

But when this man who is fighting you wants to remain and die, it becomes a different type of warfare. So, those that are on the ground now know that it is a different type of warfare. They are studying it to know how to combat it and I believe they can achieve success doing so.

So, how can this new dimension be combated?

I am not on ground now. I am retired. The soldiers on ground are competent. They are more versed in the prospects, consequences and tactics.

They are there and there are lots of Generals and military intelligence officers, who have no other jobs than to study the situation on ground and they are doing it. For you to stay outside and wanting to advise; it will be difficult.

After much clamour for change from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Nigerians have experienced a change under the All Progressives Congress, APC but some people are already complaining and asking where is the change? What is your take on this?

For these people, who are shouting and asking that, what do they really want that should have happened within the short period that the government has been on seat?

Do they want things to happen in six or seven months? No! We have a life span of the government, which is four years. It is within seven months and people are complaining. They are just wasting their time. I mean, if a government has a life span of four years with first and second term service, and within seven months out of this serving period, people are complaining, it is not right.

Given the fact that Buhari in his first advent operated without democratic structures do you agree with those who say that it is difficult for Buhari to operate under democratic structures and that, that is the reason his government is slow?

When people say he is slow or whatever, I don’t agree. The pity I have for him is just to say that maybe he should realise that those people who criticise him don’t know what they are saying.

Military power play

Military era is gone, and as a converted democrat, he is doing it very well. In fact, many people who expected to find military power play in the present government are surprised that what they expected when he came to power is not what they are experiencing now.

Now he sits down, analyses and takes so many things into consideration before he takes a decision on anything.

To recap what I said earlier concerning the end of his tenure, I did say there may be a problem because I am suspecting that to have somebody like him who the people will naturally trust like they trust General Buhari may be difficult.

For Nigerians’ dreams, the hopes are high, the expectations are high. Many people did vote for him not just because he is Buhari but rather, they voted for him because he is the Buhari they know and trust and nobody can point an accusing finger against him. That is what sold him to the general public.

You still don’t look your age. Can you let us into the secret of your youthful look?

Well everything that happens to a man stems from God. But many people don’t know that. Whether you are a Muslim or a Christian, the ultimate is God and I believe and thank God that every religious individual in Nigeria believes in the existence of God. I thank God that He has saved me.

How would you advise Nigerian youths who are looking up to you as a role model?

The first thing is to be serious with whatever you do. Be determined and you must be a man. When you choose a thing to do, face it and do it well. Then, listen and have the fear of God.

Once you are determined and you are a serious minded person and above all you have the fear of God, you will succeed in anything you choose to do in life.

Nairaland / General / You Can Now Legally Pay For Driving Lesson With Sex In Netherlands by globalwaly(m): 5:02am On Dec 21, 2015
Dutch driving instructors are now able to offer lessons in return for sex.

Although the new approach has been dubbed “undesirable” by some, it has been deemed legal by the Netherlands government.

The Telegraph reported that the practice, known as “ride for a ride”, was okay for driving instructors to offer lessons in return for sex as long as the learner drivers were over 18 years. However, it will remain illegal to offer sex in return for lessons.

“It is important that the initiative lies with the driving instructor, and focuses on offering a driving lesson, with the payment provided in sexual acts,” said Netherlands Transport minister Melanie Schultz van Haegen and Justice minister Ard van der Steur in a joint statement.

“It’s not about offering sexual activities for remuneration, but offering a driving lesson.”

The law met some stiff opposition from the socially conservative Christian Union Party’s Gert-Jan Segers when he tabled a question in parliament suggesting that the practice should be illegal.

Although prostitution is legal in the Netherlands, Segers said learner drivers wouldn’t have escort licences and would not be declaring the sexual services for tax purposes.

The Telegraph reported that web searches for instructors offering a “ride for a ride” have increased recently.

Politics / Witches Advise Rivers Governor Wike.'pray Harder Not To Lose.' by globalwaly(m): 4:37am On Dec 21, 2015
Witches have expressed support for the ongoing anti-corruption campaign by President Muhammadu Buhari.

President Muhammadu Buhari
Declaring the support in Lagos, spokesperson for White Witches Association of Nigeria, WHIWTAN, Dr Okhue Iboi, said decision to back Buhari’s anti-corruption crusade was taken at the end of an emergency meeting of the association that took place at Ofosu, Edo State.
“As stakeholders in the project called Nigeria, we can’t fold our arms and pretend that all is well with our nation. It will not only amount to act of unpatriotism if we decide to look the other way while others are speaking out on way forward for Nigeria,” Ibori stated.
“Following our worries over Nigeria, the general assembly of witches decided to hold this meeting. In attendance were witches from all the 36 states of Nigeria including Katsina, the home state of Buhari. It was at the end of this meeting that the unanimous decision was taken that we should support Buhari to fight corruption. There was no dissenting voice – we also took other decisions on some national issues affecting the country.”
Calling on Buhari to be resolute, the spokesperson said the President should not be afraid to step on toes in his avowed determination to sanitise the country.

“These looters are even lucky that it was Buhari that was going after them to expose and punish them. On our own, we had decided to wage spiritual war against them, and our own punishment would have been harsher. But but since Buhari has decided to take up the challenge, we have decided to support him. Buhari should not be afraid. I want to assure him that no human force can overcome him.

We have one or two piece of advice that we want to give him if he can send emissaries to us or invite us to Aso Rock. Contrary to the wrong impression by some people, white witches are not evil people. We liberate people from evil people. We are messengers of God, and for over 20 years now, we have been speaking regularly in the media on some national issues,” he said.

Speaking on the fate of Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike regarding election rerun which the court has ordered, Iboi urged Wike to pray very well as he may not return to the Government House.

“The ball is in Wike’s court. If he wants to remain as governor of Rivers State, he should pray very well otherwise the wind of change currently sweeping across the country will blow him away. But if he does all the needful, he will retain his seat,” he said.

Firstly ask your self, is she hurting you or your company?

If she is hurting you, then sorry sir.

But if she is hurting your company, you need to take bold steps, and thats NOT SACKING HEROIN YET.

You might be hurt because of her rejection, funniest part you might not even know it, we can be blinded by ego, rejection and self want..

Like others said..

Call her and enlight her about the company rules once again, keep the door open and record your conversation.

Call staff meeting and warn others as well.
Am sure she will sit tight..

You are the boss and you have to proof that. And not by sacking her..

Religion / #endtime: Pastor Shares ‘holy Condoms’, Members Scramble For It by globalwaly(m): 7:55pm On Dec 10, 2015
A man of God in Kenya, Pastor Paul Sanyangore, has caused a stir recently.

According to reports, the pastor got several tongues wagging and eyes popping when he decided to bless his church members with condoms during a church service.

Nehanda Radio reports that many worshipers scrambled on one another just to have some of the ‘holy anointed condoms’.

Justifying his actions, pastor Sanyangore allegedly told reporters that a woman brought the condoms for him to anoint so she could use with her husband who had abandoned her for two years and only went back to her few days earlier.

“I prophesied to a certain woman that her husband would return two years after his mysterious disappearance. I am not sure but during the week, the husband called her telling her he would come back home. She came to church and during prayer time, she took the condoms out and handed them to my assistant, asking if they were okay to use when her husband returns.

I saw nothing wrong in her using them with her husband after two years of absence. Who knows what he was doing there so it is better to be safe. When I prayed for the condoms, some women came out and wanted to have them.”

Health / The Causes And Lifestyle Changes To Deal With High Blood Pressure by globalwaly(m): 2:53pm On Nov 04, 2015
High Blood Pressure also known as hypertension .

Your heart pumps blood around the body to deliver energy and oxygen. A certain amount of strain in your blood vessels can be do this. However, if there is too much pressure in your arteries and, it puts extra strain in your arteries and heart, this may result in serious conditions such as cardiovascular attack, heart failure, kidney ailment, stroke, or dementia.

Blood pressure could be the measure of the drive of blood pushing in opposition to blood vessel walls. The heart pumps blood into this arteries (blood vessels), which carry the blood during the entire body. High blood stress, also called hypertension, is dangerous because doing so makes the heart function harder to pump blood out on the body and contributes to hardening in the arteries, or atherosclerosis, in order to stroke, kidney disease, and the development of heart failure.

Our blood pressure is measured by a blood pressure cuff (sphygmomanometer). The blood pressure cuff contains an air pump, a pressure gauge, and a rubber cuff. The instrument measures the blood demand in units called millimeters regarding mercury (mm Hg).

The cuff is placed around the upper arm and inflated with the air pump to a pressure that blocks the blood circulation in the main artery that travels with the arm. The arm is held at the side of the body at the degree of the heart, and the pressure with the cuff is gradually unveiled. As the pressure reduces, a health practitioner listens with a stethoscope over the artery at the cab end of the elbow or an electronic machine senses the pulsation. The pressure from which the practitioner (or machine) 1st hears a pulsation from your artery is the systolic demand (the top number). Because the cuff pressure decreases additional, the pressure at that this pulsation finally stops may be the diastolic pressure (the bottom number).

What Is "Normal" Blood vessels Pressure?

A blood pressure reading features a top number (systolic) and bottom number (diastolic). Your ranges are:

Normal: Lower than 120 over 80 (120/80)

Prehypertension: 120-139 more than 80-89

Stage 1 high blood pressure: 140-159 more than 90-99

Stage 2 high blood pressure: 160 and above over 100 and above

High blood stress in people over get older 60: 150 and previously mentioned over 90 and previously mentioned.

There are two types of high blood pressure.

Primary high blood pressure

For nearly all adults, there's no identifiable source of high blood pressure. This sort of high blood pressure, termed primary (essential) hypertension, does develop gradually over several years.

Secondary high blood pressure (hypertension)

Some people have high blood pressure caused by an underlying condition. This sort of high blood pressure, termed secondary hypertension, tends appearing suddenly and cause greater blood pressure than may primary hypertension. Various conditions and medications can cause secondary hypertension, including:

Lifestyle Changes to deal with High Blood Pressure

A vital step in preventing as well as treating high blood pressure is often a healthy lifestyle. You can decrease your blood pressure with the following lifestyle changes:

Losing weight for anyone who is overweight or obese.
Giving up smoking.
Eating a good diet, including the DASH eating plan (eating more fruits, vegetables, and low fat dairy food, less saturated and entire fat).
Reducing the amount of sodium in your diet to less than 1, 500 milligrams a day should you have high blood pressure. Healthy adults should make an effort to limit their sodium intake to get rid of 2, 300 milligrams each day (about 1 teaspoon regarding salt).
Getting regular aerobic exercise (such as brisk walking at least 30 minutes a time, several days a week).
Limiting alcohol to two drinks each day for men, one drink each day for women.

Health / Separating Breast From Cancer. Join The #breastcancer Awareness This Saturday by globalwaly(m): 3:20pm On Oct 07, 2015
Am very sure you will agree with me that breast are cool without Cancer, that is one of the reason we need to separate breast from cancer. one of the easiest way to do that is to create #BreastCancer awareness..

Cancer starts when cells begin to grow out of control. Cells in nearly any part of the body can become cancer, and can spread to other areas of the body.

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that starts in the cells of the breast. A malignant tumor is a group of cancer cells that can grow into (invade) surrounding tissues or spread (metastasize) to distant areas of the body. The disease occurs almost entirely in women, but men can get it, too.

Guinness World Record attempt by forming a human pink ribbon of 12,000 people

"Sebeccly Cancer Care in October 2015, will attempt to break a Guinness World Record for cancer. We aim to form the largest human awareness ribbon the world has ever seen in a single venue featuring over 12,000 people (men and women) who will wear pink.

The current record consists of 6,847 people and our goal is to raise the number to at least 12,000 people. #12KLLP will promote breast cancer awareness, raise funds for women with breast cancer and serve as an advocacy platform to push for the inclusion of cancer care under the universal health coverage.

Health / Bedwetting Again? See Major Causes Of Bedwetting by globalwaly(m): 11:32am On Sep 29, 2015
Bedwetting is one of the most common problems every family faces every night, these is mostly common among young ages children, bedwetting can be such an embarrassing situation not only for the child but the whole family.

Bedwetting is not a permanent disease which means it usually goes away on its own. But until it does, No Sleep over at Friend or family House, this can be embarrassing and uncomfortable for your child.

"Ninety percent of kids think they're the only ones who wet the bed, which makes them feel even worse," says Bennett.

Doctors frequently consider bedwetting as a self-limiting problem, since most children will outgrow it. Children 5 to 9 years old have a spontaneous cure rate of 14% per year. Adolescents 10 to 18 years old have a spontaneous cure rate of 16% per year.

Approximate bedwetting rates are:

Age 5: 20%
Age 6: 10–15%
Age 7: 7%
Age 10: 5%
Age 15: 1–2%
Age 18–64: 0.5–1%

Types of Bedwetting

There are 2 types of bedwetting: primary and secondary. Primary means bedwetting that has been ongoing since early childhood without a break. A child with primary bedwetting has never been dry at night for any significant length of time.

Secondary bedwetting is bedwetting that starts up after the child has been dry at night for a significant period of time, at least 6 months.

Major problem for children with primary bedwetting would be the inability to recognize messages in the nervous system sent from the full bladder to your sleep arousal centers in the brain while asleep. Also, bladder capacity is often smaller in bedwetting children than inside their peers.
Causes of bedwetting

What Causes Major Bedwetting?

The cause is likely due to one or combining the following:

The child cannot yet hold urine for the entire night.
The child does not waken when his or her bladder is full.
The child produces a substantial amount urine during the night time and night hours.
The kid has poor daytime toilet habits. Many children habitually ignore the urge to urinate and delay urinating as long as they possibly can. Parents usually are familiar with the leg crossing, experience straining, squirming, squatting, and groin holding that children use to attend urine.

Coping with Bedwetting:

Reassure your child that bedwetting is a normal part of growing up and that it's not going to last forever.
Always remind your child to go to the bathroom one final time before bedtime
Yelling or punishing your child is not the best medicine for bedwetting
Always tell your child that bedwetting is just like an uninvited visitor, it surely won’t stay long

Now let’s hear from you, when did your children stop bedwetting? Did you think your Child took after you when it comes to bedwetting?
