TTC journey is not an easy one, it can drain someone both physically and emotionally. I will try to be as brief as possible.

Fast forward to Jan 2023, I went of semen analysis and the result shocked me, low sperm count, 70% dead, 20% sluggish and 10% active. I was depressed finding out that I was the cause and almost felt like to take my life but I summoned courage and decided to fight.

Then I started taking anything takeable, I boiled gauva leaf and garlic to drink, I blended banana, cucumber and milk, I blended tiger nut, I took Dr quick, Sperm boom capsule, and any other thing that I know that has sperm booster written on it. But still every 28day my wife will still see her period. I eat fruits especially banana and cucumber as if my life depends on it till my wife stated getting suspicious, all this while, she never knew wat I'm passing through. Sometimes, I will prepare banana and groundut with milk and drink like garri. I also took Wellman conception and oligocare many packs.

Fast forward to early April 2023, I decided to take another sperm test, my count improved to about 20million, morphology was okay but motility is now 60% dead, 20% sluggish and 20% active with heavy growth of staphylococcus. I decided to try new things, I started taking IV ceftriaxone and Ciprofloxacin as indicated in the culture test, I took it for 10days.

I jumped into kedi product, Reishi capsule and vigour essential with kedi revive. Within few days, I noticed rapid increase/thickness in my sperm volume and also improvement in my sexual performance. I got encouraged but almost went bankrupt because of the cost of this products. I started borrowing to buy drugs and worst is my wife doesn't still know bcoz I was so ashamed. Worst part is my woman continued to have her menstrual flow every 28days uninterrupted. I almost wanted to give up but decided to stay strong.

Early August, A friend introduced me to Afroganiks product, I bought Freeflow for men for myself, I bought Gynovite for my wife and we were both instructed to take Bitterplus capsule. We were taking the Afroganiks product before food morning and night and then take the supplements after food only at night.
My wife still saw her menstruation that August and September but we expected the menstruation first week October and after waiting for one week, my wife who used to have a very regular 28days cycle missed her period and we decided to run a DIY home pregnancy test and we were shocked by the result...IT WAS POSITIVE.

By now, your fiance should have been awared about your low sperm count and quick ejaculation. If not, you need to inform her, because it's really a difficulty situation to find oneself. If she leaves, she will not stay when you get married without informing her. It's a long journey with great deal of patience and commitment. The cause of your problem is hormonal imbalance. Elevated LH and FSH with low testosterone are not a good combination. Once you increase your low testosterone, your quick ejaculation will be permanently solved. Your testicles are not working fine that's why you have elevated LH and FSH. How is your stress level? Do you workout? You need to start working out and manage your stress, if you're stressed. What kind of job do you do? I will advice to visit urology and start saving for IVF once you get married.

Believe me when I tell you that I understand what you are passing through bcoz I was in a similar situation before although quick ejaculation was not severe in my case.
I would advice you first of all to believe and have faith that you can recover from this problem, that's the first step to your healing. Your semen analysis is not even bad compared to mine when I first got tested

Take a lot of fruits, take supplements very consistently for up to 3-4 months, moderate daily exercise will help u too and exposes ur testis if possible sleep naked at night. Believe me, you will be fine.

Pls guys I need ur suggestions. I did first semen analysis and culture by January and results shows count of 12million. 10% active, 20% sluggish and 70% dead with heavy growth of staph. But this is my current result this august.

School is free from daycare to PHd, hospital to even the drugs you will take is free, giving birth is free and your child is Automatic citizen, and you too can get PR and this also covers your parents Etc etc....
