jydoh, do you have irritation in your scrotum(skin that houses your balls!!), your penis or your groin. The stickiness you are talking about, does that come from the tip of your penis. What time of the day do you notice it. What has this to do with your sexual life!!! Do you lack erection or not ejaculating properly. When you get your irritation, do you scratch at it. Need specifics and to the point

Help!

Ppl, please make I ask one question wey dey trouble me. My best paddy wey for meet me for America no fit come. Him people say the boy de in love with this girl, for say, the girl give am ‘kosomi.’ Weyting be kosomi? Him people say na ogogoro. Dem say the bobo don leave isale-eko; he now de comute from the girl her place in Ikorodu to work in Apapa for Lagos.

Something de wey fit break this kosomi. This foolish man is suppose to be here in school studing not with some woman. A beg, help B/C this boy be my real paddy man.

AdeRex,

I gather that you are concerned with your friend's well being.  You are rightly concerned.  We all should have friends that care for us, and your worries are very well founded.

“Kosomi” is a very addictive drug that many babalawos in Nigeria market as a ‘Love Potion’ -- a concoction credited with magical power; can make the one who takes it love the one who gave it.  However, kosomi is a highly addictive drug many times more addictive than cocaine or heroin.  Dilute alcohol potentiates (increases) its effects thousands of times, like blood potentiates the actions of hydrogen peroxide.  Therefore, the taker is encouraged to drink a dilute alcohol such as beer.  And, hence the name ‘Kosomi,’ meaning - -There isn’t water - - please have some beer.

Kosomi is the latex released by lacerating (or "scoring") the immature seed pods of local papaverine-like shrubs.  Kosomi is not made with ogogoro, which is illicit gin.  But some how, your people are right.  Rather, ogogoro is used to extract kosomi from the latex of papaverine.

When what causes the problem is what gives the relief; we say you are in an addictive cycle.  Your friend may or may not be in love with this girl; but he is definitely an addict.  Withdrawal pains from kosomi drives him straight into this woman’s hands for a fix.

Kosomi being something called a plant alkaloid has a property (partition coefficient) that requires it to be administered in certain meals such as ‘akara (fried beans balls),’ or scrambled eggs; or sprinkled on ‘dodo (fried plantains).’

Is there an antidote for kosomi? Yes there is.  The babalawo who gave her the kosomi usually gives her another material that she must drink and insert into her vagina.  She is told this material ‘ewe’ works in synergy with the kosomi, and if she does not drink or insert it; the kosomi will not work.  Actually; that is not true.  Kosomi is addictive without ewe.  Ewe is actually the antagonist to kosomi, which prevents the girl from becoming an addict, in case she partakes in the food containing the kosomi.

I don’t know the long term effects or health hazards of kosomi.  However, all addictive drugs are dangerous to me.  The gentleman’s relatives may have to take very hostile measure, such as relocate both of them in countries such as Canada, or the United States, where it will be difficult for her to get kosomi.  Unfortunately, Great Britain is not safe; many Nigerian and non-Nigerians have means of getting their hands on kosomi in Great Britain.  Good luck with your friend.  Don’t give up on him; he needs a friend.

OMG!  You mean say kosomi no be juju.  Na just drug like egbo (weed).   a-ask one Naija doc here for Berkeley whether him no about juju dem call kosomi.  He look me like a don go crazy.  He say, him never hear of kosomi and make him give me good advice; “Juju no de.”  a-just say OK,  a-walk away.

My paddy they comute from some woman house for Ikorodu to work at Apapa; 6 days a week, you say juju no dey.  OK!

You no something.  I will invite my paddy to come visit me for Berkeley.  The Maritime Lines him de work, na him papa and my papa get am.  So, time-off from work no be problem; visa no be problem.  Ganja de take like 30 days to clear for body; a go force am make him stay here for 2 months. So, a-feel say for 2 months the Kosomi go clear from him body.  Even if him need detox, a don ready.  That shit go clear for him system.  After the kosomi clear from him body; then a go tell am:  MF, you be drug addict.

Mr. Potu, God bless you.  You sabi things O! Thank you.

Tanx Doc for your response.

Yes i have the irritation on my scrotum ( skin that houses my balls),  it itches me like mad, sometimes in the public i'll have to do the thing in one area,  Also
the stickiness comes from the tip of my penis, but not a visisblie discharge, i just notice it sticks to my thighs,  The actuall time of the day is not constant, like presently i feel the itching all day for the passt 3 days, other times, i dont feel it until in the evening.

I notice that during sex, i barely last up to 2 mins for my rounds, also i have weak erection and erection for anoda round does not come until after 2-3 hours, maybe i'm gradually lossing interest in sex, unless i try to force myself by thinking of sex escapades i had with other g past,  Doc, now i dont even have the courage to ask a girl out, cuz i feel i'm a 2 min man,  and i sometime resort to masturbation

Yes i scratch the scrotum when it iches me.

Also noticed i sometimes have wet dreams when i dont have sex in a long  long while@ my mid thirties age,  is dis not an effect of the trauma or is dt anoda spiritual problem,

ojebird8, as biggaboy has said he is not a doctor. I would advice you to ignore him!!! Postinor is whats called morning after pill. As long as it is taken within 72 hours after intercourse it should work. Assuming you girl didn't vomit it up or didn't have diarrhoea at the time. It leads to irregular periods. Advice you use condom in the mean time. Hope you didn't continue with unprotected sex after she took the tablets. Might be worthwhile doing a pregnancy test

As for your problem biggaboy, problem with smell could be sinus problem or problem in the front of the brain. Is it complete loss of smell or partial. See an Ear Nose and Throat surgeon and hopefully they might do a chemosensory test on you. Sometimes they might not find the cause. Good luck and no more advice to people on this site from you!!!

@ Doctors in the house,

pls I need help,  It first started by sneezing repeatedly at night followed by chest cough and in the afternoon of that day I could no longer breath properly and I'll feel so tired if I walk around the room up till now as I'm typing this. I started treating the cough by taking Dilarion cough syrup a chemist prescribed, after taking he first two spoons, I was a little bit relived, the breathing problem subsided but not completely so I finished the Drug but the condition relapsed as soon as I finished the bottle. The problem started last week Wednesday and since then  I lost  appetite for food although, initially, I was still taking pap in the morning and then the breathing would become harder and my chest tightened but since sunday till today I have not eating any food and I don't feel hungry.

I was told it's asthma when I revisited the pharmacist. He gave me Flaron yesterday but I don't know whether it's safe to take any drug since I can't eat, (if I take anything, my stomach becomes stiff and my chest is tightened as in when you inhale and hold your breath) which makes breathing becomes harder for me.

pls what should I do, I need urgent medical attention.

Bamboke, this thread says Doctor in the house, peoplewho come here are asking for advice from proffesionals. If you have been following the thread, by now you would know that there is no condition called Staf or Staph. At least no qualified doctor believes in such and the doctors on this site have said it over and over again. They are doing a good job, please let them get on with it.
