i must indeed say this banking job of ours is really demanding,but we have no choice,either your employed or not.
but wait that doent mean we should kill ourself just because we are trying to make profit for a boss or company.
honestly over here @ access,e no easy atall especially when your handling a big conglomerate like DANGOTE INDUSTRIES.

its interesting to find out about working hrs for other banks, my bank closes for 5pm but by 6pm the place is a ghost town. In fact my boss leaves me in d office check that out My dept is empty by 5.30pm na wa oh different strokes |

u know.in cash and teller, you av to keep paying
shortages, in order to balance
in customer service,u no dey even get time to
go 4 lunch.
and marketters are always given unachievable targets.
in fact the whole system is f__kedup.
but fellow bankers,if you would chose a department,
which one would it be?

Bankers in d house,
The job is stressful given but then u have to be thankful for what u have because u get to take care of your needs,meet some family n social obligations too.
Though d job is time consuming something my bank started is really really helping,with this new approach once its 6 o'clock work ends bankwide whether you're tru or not.This has really made us in operations to buckle up n work aound time to meet d 6 o'clock deadline. blive me tis workin wonders. because once its u pac your bag n leave. You get to have more time for yourself.
It culd be better any way but thank God we have a well paying job.

@hmmmmm,well if u got complains about oceanic service/staff,just report them.a friend of mine told me how he was pissed sometime back,got in touch with customer care and well, a miracle happened and service has been smooth ever since.
