The brainless Jagabandits called it a US Tax!

They really rate a lot of people low so they think they can spin the narrative. No be only Tax!

The sad thing is nothing will be done about all this, our media houses are all quiet cos they don’t want a ban by the corrupt APC government.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a drug baron

That case has nothing to do with his political career. The reason is because NIGERIA is a failed state. Even a criminal or kidnapper can come and contest for the presidency, people with forged certificate, people who don't owe Nigerians interviews and debates. People who beleive NIGERIA is turn by turn etc. That's why we need to change a lot in this CORN TREE. A vote for PETER OBI is a honest vote for a better NIGERIA. Think twice my people.

I will just advise Our candidate Tinubu to travel to United State to clear this case.

Clear what case? Are you current at all?

Do you know how many awards and accolade he has received form the US Government afterwards?

A case of over 20 years ago that has been trashed by the court!

In US, can a man who forfeited ordinary 1 dollar from drug proceeds have the effontery to contest for US president?

So why will someone who forfeited 460,000 dollars be running for the seat of the president in Nigeria?

And now you have tribalized the topic.

Peter Obi crime in your eyes is that he's a good man who wants to lighten up the country.

Keep the hate up...

Let's see where it leads you to.

Which good man? Peter Obi is not a good man. He’s part of the political elite that ruined the country. In addition, he’s very incompetent judging by his performance as governor of Anambra. I’m supporting Tinubu because he’s a more competent and nationalistic candidate and you’re opposing Tinubu simply because he’s Yoruba and nothing else. Deep down, you all know Tinubu performed far better as governor than Peter Obi.

The US government is not looking for Tinubu. He has no case to answer anywhere in the world except in the inconsequential court of hateful ipob supporters of Peter Obi. Tinubu was at the nomination of Barack Obama as Democratic candidate in 2012 on special invitation. He was still in the US for surgery last year. So, what exactly are you noisemakers talking about?

The old man should be disqualified. He's a disaster that should never be allowed to happen to Nigeria. All hands must be on desk to stop him from becoming the president.

You are very correct my brother. But have you wondered why he still has so many people behind him shouting EMILOKAN with him. Even professors are evening helping him hold his aged hands up. They know he's not capable/ competent but because of their benefits they sell their birthright. Bro NIGERIA is a joke.

Actually what the constitution says about being a convict is that you must not have been convicted of a criminal offense In the 10 years preceding the election.

This is not about taking a position one way or another but about people getting their facts right and not barking up the wrong tree. In the same way they spent months chasing Buhari for WASC certificate when the law clearly says he doesn’t need it.

See section 137(1d) of the constitution. It often amazes me the actions of so called educated Nigerians! Wasting so much energy and effort barking up the wrong tree ( like server and wasc certificates) without ever bothering to check if there is something in the tree to begin with.

Don't let us forget that court deals with facts before passing judgement...What I will say at this junction is that Tinubu wasn't seen as being directly involved in the drug deal by the court hence there was no reason to indict him... I think the $460k forfeited was the actual fund that came directly from the other guys i.e. Akande and co..Im sure if Akande had used part of the proceeds to pay for his tithe then, the court will ask the church to forfeit what was paid as tithe alone into the church account...If Tinubu was convicted,he would have been jailed and still forfeit those funds like in the case of hushpuppy..Hushpuppy was jailed and about $1m forfeited. No evidence that he was into drugs...

Yes, if Nigeria wants to be great. People with criminal records should be disqualified.
The approach will also ensure younger people involving in frauds to know they may not get political appointments or positions when convicted of crimes.

If useless Buhari, Malamumu and his EFCC are up to their jobs, the crook would already be in prison for all his lies, deceptions, and crimes. But we all know they are not.

Useless bunch of idiots!

Their only interest are more about Sunday Igboho and Nnamdi Kanu than real criminals like Thiefnubbu.

I like the way he carefully analyzed it for those dull brains called APC urchins, The certified true copy of the court proceedings in the US is very strong evidence however. Day-old lawyers know it was a plea bargain, and one does not bargain when they are right, you bargain to get a lesser sentence, so those foolish people allowing Festus Keyamo to talk from both side of his mouth defending Tinubu drug case to be a lie should think twice and stop being foolish.

A convicted person shouldn’t be allowed to hold such a sensitive office, you all need to get off that your tribalistic attitude and fight for national interest not this individual interests, if we live in a country where people civilized by now Tinubu ought to have been dismissed coupled with all his questionable age and certificate provided to the INEC shows Tinubu will be another disaster to Nigeria, don’t say you weren’t warned
