Hey bud, you do not understand that statement yourself. Let’s look at it again:

Point 3 only confirms that Tinubu attended CSU and was given a certified copy of his diploma certificate upon graduation (first certificate), NOT a replacement certificate (which is the subject of the matter).

BAT may have lost the first true Certificate and then sourced for a replacement certificate which CSU stated they can’t authenticate. He claimed to have submitted a replacement certificate to INEC and not the original certificate.

Right here, CSU’s third party vendor provide services on behalf of CSU and these vendors are known to CSU. So if CSU says they cannot authenticate BAT’s replacement certificate , it only means that CSU has contacted all her vendors and none of them claimed to have provided such service of certificate issuance to BAT, hence can be argued rightly as being forged.

A certificate, no matter how ceremonial it may seem, projects and represents the image of the school and the school is responsible for verification and authentication of this document, so folks misunderstanding the CSU’s statement as they don’t care who replaces their certificates is very unreasonable to conclude.

The third party vendor is affiliated to the school and such will produce a replica of your lost certificate.

What Tinubu did was go all out and design a new certificate with different elements in it i.e age, font, gramatical expression and signatures. This is forgery
