Is there any representative of St. Patrick International Cargo here? I sent an apple iPhone and a Beats by Dre headphone from China to your Ajao Estate warehouse since 21st of November, my receiver in Nigeria has been calling your Ajao Estate office since before the Sallah holiday and up till today they keep saying it hasn't arrived. I have also tried calling your GZ office, the number 15920468789 hasn't been reachable since before the Chines New Year holiday. It has been 6 days since the Chinese holiday has been concluded and yet the number hasn't been reachable. I have called several times today, still no luck.

Please, if any of their rep is here, kindly quote my post and get back to me asap, let me know why the delay cos this is not the first time i'm shipping through your cargo.

I meant September. I am not a first time client with Pat .I ship weekly with them using the express shipping which arrives MMA next day and cleared the day after. I decided to use normal shipment for this as it wasn't an urgent shipment.

I am not a Nairaland or alibaba shipperr. I'm in China myself , not in GZ though, so I do track my package via phone call till it gets to them. So, Yes. I have confirmed they have received it since 21st September.

Please, if any one knows any of their agents of if any is reading this, please get at me asap via nairaland mention or 00861 8 3 6 8 8 58986.

Thanks for trying to help. No. I haven't tried to talk to them on whatsapp. I didn't see the need to because I'm in China and I usually just call their China number and speak directly in Chinese to the Chinese girl. The package was supposed to be received by the poster above me, IBL LOGOSTICISi. He is a good friend and helps me to pick up my shipment in Nigeria all the time.
Regarding the shipment duration, I'm certain the Chinese girl in Gz knows that I don't do slow shipping, even when I shipped more than 30 phones and tablet with them - including batteries, it arrived Nigeria in less than a month. This shipment is just a single phone and a Dre beats headphone, I believe it shouldn't take long at all. I've never had issues with them until now. I'll be in touch with them on whatsapp as u suggested. Meanwhile, Please help me see what u can do, I'd really appreciate. Thanks

Hi na1raland, I shipped goods around the same time as you did and finally got word yesterday that I can collect my goods on monday. What happened was a little bit complex and I'm not at liberty to start explaining here but you can try calling the Nigerian rep again to confirm. The Chinese secretary doesn't really know what happens here, she receives goods, then dispatches and give you ETA. Hope this helps.

I have just been able to reach the Chinese secretary, she answered this time. She said there was some sort of delay here with the Chinese custom and that my package should be in Nigeria today and cleared hopefully by Monday. She also said that henceforth, any battery package will now take at least 3 weeks to arrive in Nigeria. Dahz all. Thanks a lot Yemi2plus. I appreciate your concern, and everyone else who tried to help. I'll be back to update y'all when my contact receives it next week.

Normally, watch batteries are not considered as lithium batteries, hence, yours should not be affected by the delay if you choose to ship it via SPL.

I have some mechanical watches placed inside the same package with my Toothpaste Dispenser and I'm expecting them this week.

However, to be sure, you might need to contact Patrick himself and confirm.
