Only few women have pot belly o in its real sense. What most women have is fatty abdomen. There is a home appliance used to thin out this fat..can't remember the name. But the pedal is placed under the soles as d legs are joined together while she sits straight on d floor and pull d rope hanging from it back and forth.

As for the women age 43..a womans belly can't be exactly like hw it used to be b4 she starts giving birth. Nonetheless she can maintain shape if she's concerned about it.
