South Africa was already a developed nation by the 1940s, because the apaartheid regime invested its resources in the country, unlike what the colonial regime did in Nigeria (ie siphon resources earnings to London)

What is beautiful about the le-meridien in Uyo? It's out of the context here. The beautiful buildings are all majorly high rise buildings. Le-meridien, national mosque, lagos cathedral should be removed they ain't beautiful
