Your idea of gender equality is to be insulting and unruly, when I smack you now you'd be the one to shout violence needing state protection and emotional sympathy instead of facing me in a duel. Talk of double standards

Bro...these women forgot that they are earthly beings while we are heavenly beings.

God, Jesus, Gabriel, Michael, and the men that flew into heaven Elijah and elisha are all male. No biblical record explained a female ever inhabiting heaven.

Remember God created MAN in his own image and BREATHED into us...I mean heavenly breathing. Did our females get that exclusive if not losing a few bones to them?

From biblical perspective, gender equality is a devil tool

Act of responsibility to one's self. And I don't need to sleep because I fly every night.

Yet the israelites were represented by a woman with 12 stars in heaven.
Let me also tell you that Elisha didn't ascend to heaven, olodo.

responsibility is to cook for myself? what does it matter? whether i cook or buy the food, the most important thing is i don't stay hungry. i don't have 60 mins to spend wandering around in the kitchen trying to impress you that i can cook.

for people like me, time = money!

Whatever. I don't like cooking either but with my selective taste for food, I mostly do my own dish.. Even my mum is not in tune with it because I waste food when I'm at home.
Different strokes...I guess..

what I was trying to put across is that,by the matrilineal system of the akans for instance, the child is from the mother's abusua(family) and thus her hometown. but the father has full control over the child and so he has to name the child. what I refuted from your post was the part where I saw you typed something like or near-" children in Ghana bear their mothers' surnames"...its never true for both the Patrilineal and matrilineal systems...all in all, fathers own all children in Ghana and have the sole responsibility to name them whatever name they like except by Law/in special cases.

He'll deduct the costs from the bride price, considering its a weekly thing heck that's gonna be a depreciated amount grin

I will not pay bride price, I will not buy credit and other stuffs for my gf, I will not give a dime out of my hard earned money to my wife, I will get a house help. These are things that will happen in a world of gender equality. If there is a feminist here that genuinely likes my comment, click like. smiley Hypocrites!!!

They want gender roles and still want equality. This list is just an epitome of what a man faces in africa under the guise of 'head of family.' I see the 'weaker' sex in shops built by the toil of men, while their husbands toil in harsh sun.agina and a womb ans give birth instead!

There are simply some roles that cannot be changed because of equality. Anyone with simple common sense would know that. So yes! Gender roles will still exist even when you expect gender equality.

Gender roles will always exist! A woman will never stop being the one who gives birth and the man will never stop being the one produces the sprem! The line still has to be drawn somewhere to avoid absurdity, obviously you are not aware of that!

Clearly you have been dating low-lives in your league that have nothing else to offer in relationships, which is why you think you should never do anything for your partner and i wont be surprised if you have never had a sensible relationship in your entire life.

When some of us date we spoil our man equally as they spoil us. I treat my man as special as he threats me. I don't ever expect from him what im not ready to give back in return. Thats the definition of equal treatment!

i thought you guys always said that feminists are the ones who always play victim, what do you call this? undecided you want to be seen as the dominant/superior one but at the same time whine about "toiling in harsh sun". All you do is talk talk talk and when it comes to putting your words into action you want to play victims of circumstances again? undecided
