me I know that I will never stop expressing my sincere view as regards RCA govt. He tried more than his predece§sors but he's below average when it comes to perfo®mance. He was supposed to employ qualifies Nigerians though with preference for "qualified" Rivers indigens to do brilliant jobs in the schools, take people off the street and reduce crime, but he hired indians and see the rubbish. These cover feedings of the students and overhead cost of the entire model secondary school including salaries with each student entitled to a laptop. And is all boarding school which makes it free. 700 of those children are indigenes while the remaining 300 are non indigenes but resides in Rivers State.

Educom is the name of the India firm managing the School but staffs are Nigerians.

let me correct you according to amaechi on the video on pg 1 the school admits 1050 students out of which 750 are rivers state indigenes and the balance is supplied by the neighbouring state and all states in the federation.

I am not a fan of Amechi but the truth is that when you pay attention to primary health care (health centres) you reduce pressure on secondary health care (general hospitals). Most of the illnesses that cause people to form crowds in general hospitals can be taken care of in the health centres.

While I will commend him for doing that, I must add that secondary health care should not be neglected. Ditto for tertiary health care( teaching and specialist hospitals). Health care becomes near perfect when adequate attention is given to the three levels.

Question should be "where are the functional primary health centres". These are beautifully painted from the outside as I have never seen one of them open to know what goes on inside. The concept would have been "bamm" if these primary healthcentres were thriving but they are not. All the noise is on paper, nothing on ground.
