We shouldn't judge him with telecom but rather what happened to Nitel and Mtel, if Econet n MTN that entered then were Government companies, do you think they would have still been in existence now? But because of corruption, it hard for our government to stop running NNPC. and one basic reason why the likes of shell, Total, Mobil etc refuse to build a refinery in this country,
