To prove technical equipment is better?

Really?

I guess you must be 12.

NATO had access to Italian ATR-42 Surveyor platforms for Libya... yet they chose the Gripen instead... why?

Stop wasting my time.

NATO used it as ISTAR in Libya, to complete 37% of missions... despite NATO having access to multiple dedicated ISTAR platforms.

Gripen is the best, simple

Again looking at your Gripen cockpit, how does this jet conduct the so called ISTAR?

Is there a two seat gripen?

Does the Gripen have a data-link allowing info to be sent to... gee, i dunno.... a combined op's HQ?

How many african countries use the T-72?

How many use the B model?

What is the camo, geography of the countries which operate them?

You cannot afford tents for your troops in the DRC, how do you suppose, you afford a merkeva?

Who said we cant afford tents for troops in DRC? You still trying to validate your fairy tales?

Many nations operate T-72's in many desert areas

You're not making any sense.

Which of these nations operate the T-72B in Africa?

They can take pictures. They can designate targets. they can do a lot of things.

Transfer in near real time videos to the operational centre or bring pictures.

Keep in mind that the Gripens, don't always travel at Mach 1+. They normally or comfortably fly at sub sonic speeds.

Nothing to prove they are operational, like I have consistently argued.

Nothing to prove it isnt.

Also nothing to prove you have one.

Seriously, what is wrong with you?

when it comes to speed and altitude, that will be influenced by the perceived threat in the target area.

You see how foolish you are?

Only Russia and Belarus officially operate the T-72B, so what's the T-72B doing in an African bush?

Which of the countries in Africa has a 2 billion dollars equipment largesse to spend at this time?

However, when used for blue force tracking, Chaka is not required as the data can be sent via a Link-ZA IL6 message.

Designed from the outset to tough mil-spec criteria, the system was deployed during the multinational Exercise Oxide off the Mozambican coast in September last year as part of a technology demonstration

"A Parachute Action Group was flown from Waterkloof onboard a SAAF C-130. The aircraft was tracked as well as the Special Forces members aboard the aircraft. They then jumped over the submarine and while they jumped, the parachutists were tracked. Only when they went under the water did we lose the track, but as soon as they popped up from the water, the track was transmitting again,"

SA does not need amphibious vehicles because of our terrain, so, what?

Thanks for confirming what I always said that South African army is a very weak dry land only army built ONLY for homeland defense with ZERO force projection outside homeland and thus inferior to the all terrain equipped Nigerian army.

You proved me right, you a South African soldier, so God bless you sir !
