Aas for the spitting sha, na only u get that one oo *tongue out* cos by His grace I haven't spat sinx I got pregnant. Evry tin will be fine by His grace, I feel my baby kick my navel always, ND I smile in satisfaction. All in all, I still can't wait to hold my LO in my arms. congrats dear, we have almost same birth story but mine was on d 12 of Nov. May God protect all our LO and provide for us all d resources to care for them. How is d healing process? I was told not to bath until 6 wks.

I started bathing on monday I.e after 3weeks. But I tink it depends on ur healing n d type of stitch u had. Its stil best u follow ur doc directives. Hows ur lo doing? Hw d vigilante tins

Hello to all the mamas here. Congratulations to all that have given birth and wishing those yet to a very safe delivery. I've been reading up a lot on delivery and came across what could be termed as the different methods of giving birth and I would just really appreciate it some could share their experiences. I heard in most naija hospitals the nurses or doctors are the ones that tell u when to push instead of just letting ur body tell u when to push. Which did u find much easier? Doctor's direction or ur own body. And is it true that pushing feels like going to the toilet? I'm 38 weeks now so just trying to get all necessary info and reduce my anxiety on the D-day. Thanks

Evng mothers,rejoice with me. My princess came in on the 4th. @ Besea,i have left you behind. Baby was in a breech position,had to opt for a C-section and in less than five minutes she was born. Rejoice with mee,came weighing 3.4kg. Mother,Daughter and of course adoring father are doing great.

Congratulations, Blessed be the name of the Lord. She will be a blessing to ur family nd entire generation.

lol dear. i feel u. its better to push wen d drs and nurses re ready for u. if u push b4 tym, u ll most likely hv tears.So wait till d nurses tell u to push.If u re habing d urge to push, and they re nt ready, shout o and let dem kno. they need to b ready for u sha. and yess, u push like u do wen u re constipated.

if d cold is gettibg worse, pls see a gynae just to rule out any serious ailment. u re 9wks? it may b part of d pregnancy package. bt still c ur gynae sha. meanwhyl, u can use strepsil for d sore throat. pele dear. this too shall pass
