God bless you.
These are the kinds of responses I expected. I was not being tribalist in my approach originally, I was just curious how Abia being how it is, is regarded as an oil producing state (plus its percentile output) given the fact that I know folks who have been to Anambra, Enugu, Imo and had good relatively things to say.
tell that to the birds

Thank you.
Now let's share the 20% amongst the 3 states in order of production output.
The whole NDDC membership and slamming states into it needs to be reviewed. To me it appears political. And I can guess Imo & Abia became part of NDDC under Jonathan (I might be wrong).

Lumping unworthy states into NDDC is the problem Jonathan has created with the Kogi-Anambra face-off.
NDDC = Niger delta development comission. If you kw d meaning of Delta, u will kw dat imo and abia r closer to the delta dan akwa ibom. Niger delta is not synonymous wit oil production

I have not been able to find a link to back up this claim of yours though.
And with the deepest reserve and oil all over they account for less than 20%.
Reserve is difrent frm production. U even said u were nt talking abt presence of oil but actual production in ur initial post

You are really ignorant. Emmigration with the Igbos dates back as early as history could remember. Even if you check history of prominent Igbos you would find out they were born outside Igboland. Would you now tell me that Nigeria was economically viable as at then? Believe it or not, Igbos are opportunity maximiser. They can go to some interior part of anywhere just to maximise opportunities that locals there fail to tap. The fact that you have many foreigners in Nigeria does not presuppose that their land is barren. NO! They are tapping from where we Nigerians couldn't advert our minds to tap from.
Personally I don't know why any news of an Igbo person worries the rest of Nigerians sick to even the point of lying and being cynical.
I have gone through the comments and all I can deduce from the commenters particularly on the first page is jealousy, anger, hatred and ill feeling.
If Anambra is declared an oil state, does it spoil market for the rest of you all? If not why re you all being malicious just because it is the part of SE?
Nobody has seen the report of the boundary delineation committee but all they could say was that the whole oil belong to Kogi but not Anambra, just in a bid to spite Igbos.
I served in Ondo I all I could see was mud and thatch houses littered everywhere and widespread poverty, even though they are oil states. Who cares? Even the Ilajes are Ijaw dominated areas but who cares?
So why the hell are you all splitting hairs over Anambra state? If Anambra is declares as an oil state and there is increase in FG revenue which will in turn affect the well being of the citizens won't you all be happy for them?
In fact, most times I wish Ojukwu got our Biafra, no matter how we fare there it would be better than living amidst hatred spewn by your supposed fellow countrymen.

Not to waste my time, I will post my response in bullet points since that is what you worth.

. Like your ilk, you have also used the term ignorant while foolishly spelling emigrant as emmigrant. Na emmy awards you go see.

. If you're trying to debate from historical perspective then be careful of those you engage. What prominent Igbo are you talking about here? The prominent Igbo ever was Chinua Achebe, where was he born?

. Before 1914, Igbo was secluded in their enclaves baring breasts and butts and competing with apes in the forest. (There are archival pictures to prove this if you need them) and as a result, upon exposure to western civilization (post 1960) they, out of need for survival trudged to other areas of Nigeria for survival.

. I stated previously that ibo migrate for economic reasons yet you're here talking about maximizing opportunities. Are you not buttressing my point although unknowingly considering your level of IQ.

. Mud houses and poverty yet your kith and kin have highly populated Akure and the remotest parts of Ondo doing the least jobs and perpetrating crimes? Really?

. Ilaje? Ijaw dominated area? Lmao! Say that in the presence of an Ilaje and you could get your ass whopped.

A quick run down of your post simply depicts a reiteration of the point I have continued to repeat all day that ibos are excessively emotional beings. You have not said anything of substance from the bullchit vitriols you concocted. This post of yours is an emotional outburst but I do not blame you, it is innate with you people.

Please do not bother to quote me further, go rub your cl!t or somerhing.

Despite the flow you witnessed that almost washed asy your sins, both stats still account for less than 20% and this is why and where your ignorance is worse off; you come off sounding professional yet leaving holes in your syllogism of being in oil sector and seeing crude oil flow - considering the fact that you were insultive ib your approach, let me reciprocate by saying you are irredenably dumb and whoever employed you should fire you with immediate effect.

grin grin grin

I really didn't mean to insult you but the approach u took got me of the wrong lane. I'm sorry for that. Since your last statement is mere insult, I'll ignore the firing aspect because he knows he can't for obvious reasons.

The main producers of oil now are akwa ibom, bayelsa and portharcourt. So, I know much about this sector. I don't want to go into details about oil production in different states, their quantities and qualities. Maybe, we'll discuss that later.

Once again, no insult intended

The strange thing about this debate is that most people who obviously cannot hide their tribal traits are trying as much as possible to make igbos look bad. But trying to make it look as if they are making a sane argument. Some even go to the extent to labelling the SE as landLocked. Ignorance is really a disease that if not checked, might make a whole "Nation" feel sophistication, but just a case of the blind mice with their different description of what an elephant they can't see is. As someone posted above. After the insults, you would expect us to join the "progressives" through our votes. A situation were everything igbo sells and makes up to 10 to 15 pages. While some "sophisticated" folks barely make the 1st page. Trying so hard to disprove the fact that igbos are rising again is like swimming against the tide. If the persecution can be this intense imagine what they would do when voted into power. The stone which the nigerian builders rejected would soon become the chief corner stone.
